Becca Thomson did a great job helping me and my son with a difficult phone purchase switch and corporate account. She stayed with us to the end and made us feel secure that the transaction would work out even when it seemed like there were going to be roadblocks. I never had to contact my corporate account service. She did it all. Next time I’m in the store, I suspect she’ll be the Manager.
