I used this company in December 2011. My car was freshly painted and to be transported to avoid salt from roads. They rescheduled 5 times and never showed up each time. Poor customer service and communication on the status of the pickup for my vehicle. Finally promised to make my vehicle a priority and pick up first thing in the morning. That morning I called and pickup was pushed to the afternoon from 12 – 2 pm. I waited 6 hours by my car for a pickup and was given excuses each time that the driver was an hour away. In the end the driver stated he was not coming and he had problems with his truck. The next day someone went to take the car from the body shop and no one informed me. My car was kept in an unknown location over night until I threatened to report it stolen. When my vehicle was delivered it came damaged to the point the whole car had to be repainted. Scratches, cracked bumpers, broken door latches, etc. Its been a huge hassle working with these companies as they deny liability and will not provide insurance information. I did my own research and was able to make a claim and had most of the damage covered but still a loss.
Do not use this company!

I wish that negative ratings were possible, because this sure would have gotten one. I witnessed some of the most dangerous driving I have ever seen from one of their tow trucks (with two cars on it’s bed). It was weaving in and out of traffic and pulling off the highway onto the entrance ramps (not the exit ramps), cutting off all of the traffic trying to merge onto the highway, and speeding up the entrance ramp and further onto the shoulder until it couldn’t go any further and had to veer back into traffic that was driving on the highway. There was a lot of slammed breaks, squealing tires and narrowly avoided accidents.
I was able to get the license plate number and a phone number off the side of the truck, and called the company when I got home. Of course there was no manager or anyone in charge for me to talk to, but the person I spoke to revealed that I was not the first person to call and report this horrible driving, and that this was not the first time «something like this» has happened with this driver, and he told me that he would «have a talk with him». After telling the person I spoke to that «having a talk with him” — when I was not the only person to call in and complain about this incident, and this wasn’t the first time there were complaints about this driver– was not going to cut it, he said he would let the managers know. I left my name and number for the managers to give me a call about the whole situation, but I haven’t heard anything yet. I’m considering calling the Department of Transportation if I don’t hear anything soon.

I was told my truck would be delivered on a Friday or Satuday… then it was Monday, then it was later on Monday. THe most disturbing thing was after negotiating with the brokers in PDX Oregon and manager in PA was the driver who could not speak English, barked at my 82 year old father for an extra $ 100. My father had to call the police and the driver just left my boxes there. Not only did i pay extra for boxes to be moved out of my truck after i talked wiht managers, drivers, car brokers but for my dad to be asked for more money and to feel scared enough to call the police
