They have wide selection of juices! Even though they do not carry the juice I wanted but they has really good alternatives.
The staffs over there are very knowledgeable and pricing is reasonable! Will recommend my friends over here!

For coils when my shop isn’t open would be the only reason I would come here. Their juice isn’t made in house (red flag) not to mention they are a bit overpriced. I have been spoiled by my regular shop and was disappointed when I walked in. My buddy got juice here and it turned brown with in a week. (Like couldn’t see in it almost black) meaning that it is most likely watered down to stretch it out. Disappointing.

Really incredible customer service. On one occasion after having problems with a battery two months after I purchased, they gave a fantastic deal on a new battery. Super friendly and knowledge staff. I am from Los Angeles which has a massive vapor presence, and find the same passion and liquid selection here. I recently moved from this location but find myself driving out of my way to give them business. I also noted that the same staff has worked there for the last year, a sign of good business practice and solid employees. All around very happy.

This store and the employee who has longer brown hair and a beard may very well be the reason my mother can quit smoking after 40 years. His help and knowledge was perfect, she now has a setup she is happy with and doesnt cause her problems like her old one. Im an advanced vaper myself and was happy to see him offer knowledgeable advice and help. For all of her future vaping needs she said she will be coming here, and here only. Huge thanks to this guy who helped, its not always about the hobbyist and advanced vapers, it all starts with smokers who need somewhere to get the right knowledge and help to begin to quit.

So this is not the first time I have purchased
a 5 pack of coils. Bought the battery a month ago. Went through 3 coils in one day and my last one doesn’t work. Makes me want to buy a pack of smokes if they tasted better because I’m not saving money payin 10 bucks for a 5 packof coils that don’t work.
So irritated. They need an exchange policy because there should be no reason that they are allowed to sell defective products.

The staff here are incredibly friendly every time I visit. These guys and gals know anything and everything about any mods, tanks and juice in the shop. They are very helpful when it comes to troubleshooting with any hardware, even that which you may not have purchased from them. They do free build and tutorials, as long as they aren’t too busy. They have a ridiculous amount of house juice and carry a good amount of premium lunes as well. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

The store itself is great (Plano location), but the website is the worst I have ever experienced! Customer service through the site is horrible at best. It’s like they don’t want you to buy anything. You ask questions and it takes days to get a simple answer back. I won’t even go into the store again just for this reason.

Insane selection of juices, nice and knowlegable staff, BEST prices in Dallas area for big bottles of juice ($ 34.95 for 140ml as I write this). .. what’s not to love?

Seriously overrated. Sure, the staff is friendly, and typically knowledgeable. But am I the only person who has noticed the poor quality of the juice? It burns easily, loses flavor quickly, and I have my suspicions about where the ingredients come from.

Went in last night, as I’m still on the search for my Dallas shop. So far I really haven’t been impressed by any shop here yet. This is the first Vape shop that I can say I truly love and WILL be coming back. Think I may have found my new shop.
Not only do they have their brand of juice but they actually have other brands as well. Their in house juice is actually really good. Had good flavor and good vapor production.
Though only one employee was working at the time, he made sure that the customers that were in the store were taken care of. Outstanding customer service. Good selection of product and their juices are great.

I recently moved back to Dallas and I had just started my vaping adventure in September. After going to a handful of B&Ms, I’d almost given up due to the general stuck-​up, snob attitudes of most of the employees at each and everyone of them. As well as many pushing clones as authentics.
My favorite e-​juice company recently started selling at Wickedly Hot Vapors, so I went over to support them. What I found at Wickedly Hot Vapors was nothing short of outstanding. Every employee I had the pleasure of speaking with treated me as an equal even though I was vaping on my Atlantis while they were all using drippers or rebuildable tanks.
I dealt with 2 or 3 employees, most notably Tracy and Jacob. Tracy showed me some cool new stuff from Aspire and shared with me her own juice called Pegasus… IT IS AMAZING! A must try!
Later that day, after trying my favorite juice line up on a dripper, I decided that I had to make the switch that day. Even though the store was packed with at least 40 – 50 people, Jacob took the time to pull down several RDAs and explained the differences of each one, and give me a run down of each of his recommended RDAs, the pros and cons of each, and even the best kind of coil set ups for a beginner for each. Simply amazed that he took his time to show me all the different RDAs… I ended up buying a a King Mod and Plume Veil… and I have to say… I’m glad I did.
I’d thoroughly recommend WHV to anyone looking to start vaping, people who have been vaping and want to upgrade or try several amazing juices (Their House Line-​up is actually some of the BEST out of all the House Blends I’ve tried in the DFW area), and even advanced/​veteran vapers who want to expand their ever growing collection.
TL;DR — Great store, awesome and knowledgable employees who don’t treat you like an inferior for vaping on a budget and/​or pre-​built coil setups, and a great selection of e-​juice.

I love the variety of atomizers and usually come here for replacements and repairs. Everyone that has helped me here were refreshingly knowledgable and friendly.
If they had a larger selection of vapes I would’ve definitely given them 5 stars.

This is my go-​to Vape shop for all my needs. They never try to push the high-​end units on you, make sure you know how to operate and refill the unit you buy and make sure you’re paired up with a flavor you really love at a nicotine dosage that’s right for you.
A lot of these places will overwhelm you with facts and info about their products instead of really getting to know the customer and their needs like Wicked Hot does.
There’s a reason I drive from downtown Dallas to Beltline and 75 to do business with them. I’ve had 4 other shops try to earn my business because of the referrals I send and none have succeeded in getting me away from Wicked Hot. Check them out!

Knowledgable and friendly service. Fairly standard pricing on liquids so no surprises at checkout. If you live or work in the area I recommend stopping in for your 30ml bottles because they have a punch card! After 9 bottles get your 10^th free!

I have seen this place and been in here once. My review is as states; the store from the outside is first of all TINY!!! As in super small compared to other stores I’ve seen. You walk inside and it to ME smelled a slight bit of herbs which is NOT a selling point to a former smoker. The place is too cold in feel and it looks like a cheaply designed outlay. Now as for products they DO have quite a many flavors that I did look at however did not try. I also noticed a few products I’ve not seen and did not inquire about; the reason for those two things is BAD BAD BAD customer service. Oh and did I mention BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First of all I will say I walked in and the employee who was helping someone else didn’t acknowledge me. He didn’t ask me for help even when I asked. Then his attitude was essentially an immature punk that just got his lunch money stolen. I do NOT recommend this place SOLELY FOR customer service.

I’ve been here a couple times. They offer a wide variety of juices and 95% of them taste really good. They have all the hardware and accessories for all your needs and they are really knowledgeable about what they sell. I’ll certainly be a repeat customer for a while.
