History
Established in 2005.
After drudging through years of corporate bull, Jason decided to pursue his passion for cooking. With all of the will and little of the skill, Culinary School was the answer. There, he met Quincy Hart, a 35-year veteran of the Southwestern Bell Company and passionate home chef. The two instantly hit it off, constantly brainstorming on flavor profiles, restaurant concepts, and what makes the best all-American burger. After nearly two years and several unglamorous restaurant jobs later, the two were graduates of culinary school.
Jason and Quincy appeared on «Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives» with Guy Fieri and business hasn’t been the same since. While opening nine other stores over the last seven years, including the first franchise in Shreveport in 2013, they’ve stuck to their roots and have used a hands-on approach to keep the food great in a unique atmosphere with tons of personality.
