This store does not deserve any star. I asked to use their computer to ship and was told there is a surcharge of 25%. I know UPS is very aggressive on their billing system but not this bad. Luckily I had a choice with their competitor which is open on Saturdays to accommodate all your needs. I HATE UPS.

$ 2 shipping charge, it’s like eating out at a restaurant with free bread but they charge for individual butter packets. Skip this location; there’s another location no more than 5 minutes from this one. I feel that nickel and diming outgoing packages isn’t good business when other locations take your returns for online shopping with no ‘service fee.’

This location is intense about their tape. They want to charge you $ 2 to tape up small boxes. I could go buy a whole roll of packing tape for $ 2. The UPS location near Preston/​Belt Line doesn’t pull this stunt — they will hand you a roll of tape to use as you need. I took my box and left; don’t waste your time heading to this particular UPS Store.

As a daily UPS shipper this store exhibits the worst customer service. Multiple times the staff was rude and tried to even charge for using tape to seal a UPS box. Stay far and go to another UPS store!

Walked in to ship a Zappos return. I needed to close the box that the original shipment had come in. The guy behind the counter told me I needed to buy a roll of tape, or there would be a taping charge, my choice. I took option C and left the store. That’s pathetic to charge on top of something you’re already getting paid by Zappos to ship. I walked into the Mockingbird and Greenville location an hour later, and the guy laughed when I asked if they charged to tape a box closed. He said of course not.

Would give this location 0 stars if possible. They attempted to charge me a 2.00 store processing fee to ship a prepaid amazon ups package back. Do not goto this UPS store!

Came here to return some AT&T U-​verse equipment. Showed up around 3:30 and there were 3 guys in front of me already. The guy at the counter had 5 things to ship, each going somewhere different. I stood there for 5 minutes and he and the UPS employee had only gone through weighing 2 packages to get shipping estimates. The employee says, «Sorry, there’s another person that will be back shortly!» As two more people stack up behind me.
A couple more minutes and I’m outta there. This is ridiculous.
I end up going to the store on audelia and buckingham and get served in less than a minute.

I arrived at the this store after a harrowing experience at Fedex and reached just 5 minutes before closing time. The lady handled all my shipping needs including printing return labels, preparing return envelope, attaching extra notes on the outside. She was extremely courteous even though she herself was feeling under the weather. I would definitely use this store again.
