The Spa at II Creeks

First of all I am bad with names, but the young woman at the front desk on the Saturday morning of my appointment and the nail technician were delightful. I stumbled across your spa after dining at a near by restaurant. I always hesitate to get nail services at full service spas because they seem like such an after thought for the facility. I don’t get that impression at all from Spa at II Creeks. I was very happy with both the mani and pedi, and my technician was outstanding. I enjoyed talking with her and she was very thorough and attentive. The overall feel of the spa is luxurious, clean and super relaxing, I am looking forward to returning for another mani ped this Friday and will consider some of the other services the Spa has to offer.

I had the therapeutic massage-​Best massage I’ve had in years. Beth was amazing. She really listened to me, and provided a massage custom tailored to meet my needs. I highly recommend this spa.

Beth massage therapist was amazing. I can honestly say best massage I’ve ever had. Will be scheduling regular visits with her. Also had a great facial with April. Only complaint was table was uncomfortable.

I wish I could give more stars! This was a true luxury experience! I made an appointment for a mud wrap followed by a full body massage. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel really special. They offered me a bubbly beverage, which I enjoyed, and referred to me by my name throughout. Erin did a wonderful job on my mud wrap and made sure to warm my shower before I went in to rinse off. The shower was beautiful and clean. When I was finished with my shower, Erin brought me clean sandals and a fresh robe.
Then came time for my massage. Beth was a God send! She truly shined by working out every single knot in my back (not a simple task) and then performed a miracle on me! I suffer a neurological issue that causes a tingling sensation on the right side of my head (it comes and goes). I had it during my massage, but when Beth did her magic on the side of my head, it went away! She had no clue and when I told her she taught me a special technique to help with it! I will be back as a regular. THANK YOU!

My wife has had two prenatal massages there so far and has loved both of them. We will definitely be back!

Got a 1 hour European Facial today with April, who was awesome. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My face felt soo good and clean. It was more than I expected with a bit of massage on my head, arms and shoulders as well. Worth every penny. The business as a whole is very inviting, comfy, and of course, relaxing. Made my next appointment for a microdermabrasion next month and will rate that as well. You def. get what you pay for when it comes to skin care and this was worth every penny.

Very nice décor and setup; very nice place. This is not your typical massage place, this place rocks! I got a therapeutic massage and feel like a million bucks now!

II Creeks Plaza is a neighborhood gem in the fashionable and exclusive Canyon Creek section of Richardson.
The builders of the new home subdivision where forward thinking when it came to using the existing property in a neighborhood friendly way. Traffic patterns would not have been conducive to a new shopping center or big box store so they redeveloped they renovated the existing shopping center into a series of neighborhood-​friendly and highly popular and restaurants and local services such as a gym and even an ice cream parlor.
Parking is abundant and complimented with full size trees and neighborhood appropriate landscaping. Many people also just walk here which is great for the neighborhood.
The homes and country club may look Beverly Hills but the prices at the shops are affordable and family friendly.

I had a great facial here — it was comfortable, professional, quiet and relaxing. The price was competitive, the technician took care of problem areas and I got a full hour. Here’s what I liked the best: there was no product push. Nobody tried to get me to buy a ton of expensive stuff either during the facial or after. I got a couple of free moisturizing samples to take home (one I liked and ended up buying online from the source). What a nice change from other spas! The location is soothing with trees all around. I will definitely go back and highly recommend.

I have had a mani/​pedi, facial and massage here. I really enjoyed the facial and massage. The facial is VERY relaxing, soothing, and makes you want to come back for more. I am glad they have monthly specials — make sure to check their site before making an appointment because you may find a good deal.
I did not really enjoy the mani/​pedi here as I don’t feel I get my money’s worth for the service. They do have a wide range of Zoya nail polishes to choose from, which I appreciate.
Overall a classy, clean, professional spa that is worth the cost if you can afford it. There are super strict rules about cancellations etc, but they are willing to work with your schedule and the staff is super nice. I would get a mani/​pedi elsewhere, but definitely come here for a massage and facial.

I’ve gone here to get mani/pedi’s and for a while the turnover for staff for these was high, it was always a different person each time I came in. Now they’ve had the same two or so for a while so they can get to know you. I don’t like that the staff room is next to the nail stations so staff is constantly going in and out of the door and its distracting. The atmosphere is relaxing but a little too dark for my liking. My nailtech talked quite a bit and she would tell me personal information and then ask personal questions that I was not ok with telling her, and it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. They charge about $ 20 more per nail service then a strip mall place, but they do a great job and use great products. I go here occasionally, and I like that they all speak English because its much easier to communicate what your needs are.

This place is great! Professional massages — I’ve seen three different massage therapists there and been very happy every time. I’ve also had a few spa pedicures and they are awesome! I only didn’t give it five stars because I haven’t found the front desk staff to be particularly kind, which you would expect in a place as nice and expensive as this. But it’s no deterrent. The treatments are very high quality and the place is lovely. Highly recommend!

Last month it was a mani-​pedi combo. Today, it was a pedi and a 1-​hour facial. Definitely a habit-​forming place thanks to their terrific attention to one’s comfort and satisfaction.
Make sure you visit their web site for the month’s specials which can save you as pretty a penny as you’ll be feeling walking out of this wonderful spa.
Casual warmth. Not «hoighty toity» or pretentious at all. As a guy, I never felt self-​conscious during my two visits and they always treated me like a VIP.
I’ll be going back for another pedicure (they’re fantastic foot-​pleasers) and will try a massage to relieve holiday stresses.

Wow. I went today and had the Pamper Me package, manicure, pedicure, and eye brow wax. Everything was amazing and worth the price. The spa is beautiful. Everyone is very nice.

Expensive… yes. Priceless… yes. I loved this place. The spa itself is lovely and relaxing just walking into it. The staff was polite, if not particularly warm. But the service I received was top notch. I was told about this place by my hair stylist and made an appointment for a deep tissue massage. My coworker went with me and got the raindrop massage. Heaven. We were both very impressed and have both had many many massages in the past. We will definitely be back, at least when we can afford it :). But seriously, spoil yourself and go sometime.

GO!!! Just go. As a real spa afficiando, I realize there are a lot of places in strip malls that call themselves a «spa» when it couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve frequented very high-​end spas across the country in hotels, resorts and casinos, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Alla gave me the best facial I HAVE EVER HAD!!! My massage and pedicure were also fantastic. I can’t wait until my next visit, this was worth every penny and then some!

I’ve been going to the Spa at II Creeks for almost three years. The spa is extremely clean, and the aestheticians are very knowledgeable and courteous. I am never disappointed. I always leave there feeling de-​stressed and calm. Definitely a great spa.

and knew exactly what I wanted — a hot stone massage. I searched all over Dallas and decided on this little day spa because their prices seemed very reasonable and they had received great reviews on
. Bliss — what else can I say? The spa is very small and hidden in a little strip mall in a Richardson residential area but well worth the trek up north. I still had some credit so I went back for a Therapeutic Massage. I can honestly say that I have never been that relaxed without the help of an adult beverage or some type of med (that is a BIG statement from me!). Lori was my masseuse and I’m sending out the word to ask for her. Most spas have lots of traffic but this spa is small, low key, and I’ve rarely seen more than 3 guests in the waiting area (s) at any given time.
