On Friday evening we had a problem with our garage door that limited my family’s mobility. With an email and a picture downloaded to the resident portal online, we were contacted the same night by Tom to get more details. He assured us that someone would come first thing on Saturday morning. About 8:30am, Jerry arrived and was done before 9am! They were friendly, fast and knowledgeable about what was needed to be fixed on the garage. He even reinforced the other side of the door to prevent it from breaking again! Thank you to the Signature Leasing staff for speedy attention to our maintenance requests and being so reliable!

positively most irresponsible leasing company in dallas. senger will rent to anybody. then ignore justified complaints about his horrid tenants. signature pays no attention after lease signed, money paid. smoking? no problem? selling drugs? no problem. many unauthorized residents? no problem. rent to very young unemployed non-​student? no problem. turn working class apts into druggie flophouse? no problem. disgusting. they rep out of town owners who do not care, have unbelievably low standards. disregard safety of others.

I had a horrible experience this summer with Signature Leasing. Every time I received a call (which was few and far between) it was from a different leasing agent than I spoke to previously. They were very hard to communicate with being that I received the agents personal number and would never get an answer until end of work day which is difficult when one is moving and workin against a deadline. I had to seek out a leasing agent everyday to get updates and I the past my applications have been processed quickly and I was notified right away. After waiting 5 days to be declined our application for reasons unknown; I received an e-​mail in all lower case from yet another party I have never spoke with. In the past I have always had ONE leasing agent that I dealt with which was nice because you are handing personal information out i.e. Social security numbers. The problem with the go between is I was constantly having to resubmit information because one hand did not know what the other was doing. I do not recommend this company and will not be looking into properties with their sign in the yard again.

I have been leasing a house in Lakewood for the past five years. From the moment I moved in, Signature Leasing & Management has been super responsive to all my maintenance requests. Everyone has been really nice and when I email or call, I get a REALLY fast response! :-) I hope I never have to move, but if I do, the first place I’ll go to find a new place is Signature Leasing & Management. Honestly, they do a superb job in a very (very) tough business. Thank you Signature Leasing & Management for making my house feel like a REAL HOME!!! :-)

100% by far the worst management company out there. If you are a Homeowner, DO NOT use signature leasing. If you are a tenant, DO NOT rent a property managed by signature leasing. The service is at best sub par. If you have a problem, you will need to stay on top of it. Richard and Kyle will not voluntarily make sure the problem is fixed. You will need to be the project manager if you have any hopes of getting the issue resolved. If you call directly, Richard and Kyle will be «unavailable» and if you leave a message, it will NOT be returned. They are in the business of taking the owner’s money and providing absolutely nothing in means of assistance to the tenant. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY MANAGED BY SIGNATURE LEASING. DO NOT LET SIGNATURE LEASING MANAGER YOUR PROPERTY. I have been without working A/​C for 2 days now and can only hope that I get it working tomorrow after contacting and dealing straight with the property owner! Whenever I go into the office, the staff is cordial and always willing to help. There was a small misunderstanding regarding one month’s rent, but they had resolved the matter to my satisfaction.
It is now possible to pay your rent on-​line, which is actually a huge plus. On their tenant portal you can also submit service requests and post to a bulletin board for passing messages between you and the management, to which they seem pretty responsive.
I would definitely deal with them again.

I rented from Signature Leasing for 2 years and never had any problems. Any time I needed anything fixed, it was done. The management staff was extremely nice and gave me no hassles whatsoever when I was in the beginning stages of renting a property. I would definitely rent from them again and I have referred several people to them.

This is a repeat of my review as their are two of the same companies posted on Unilocal.One is Signature Leasing and Management and the other is Signature Leasing and Mgmt. But they both have the same address info and are the same company. So below is what I also posted on the other one…
Overall we are not happy with the service we’ve received with Signature Leasing, specifically our rep. I am not sure if I can give his name but his initials are KF. They managed our rental house because we moved out of state. But as we took the house back we found damages that should have been brought to our attention such as the damaged cabinets and doors due to previous tenant dogs. We are fine with dogs but we would have liked to have known that our back door and door frame were heavily damaged by dogs. We would have had them make necessary repairs to keep the wood from deteriorating. Also, after speaking with the last tenant we found that Signature Leasing was not very responsive to their requests. We also felt the same way as our representative, KF, was not very responsive to our emails/​calls and requests either!
And when we terminated the agreement with them we mutually agreed that our rep would do a walk-​around inspection and list any areas of concerns for us to address. To date we have never received that inspection report. And from the looks of it, they did the bare minimum when cleaning up the house between tenants and when they returned the property to us. We also asked that they give the last tenants 60 days notice instead of the usual 30 days but I have my doubts they followed our request to do so.
So the big lack of communication and management and care of our property led to this review. I cannot recommend this company.
