Chris was Fantastic. He picked up my wife in the middle of an Ice and Snow Storm and despite the significant delay in transit due to weather conditions, he dropped her off and was wonderful. We have subsequently hired SEG again and they have been a great partner for our transportation needs. If you are in need of Airport Transportation in and around DFW, I highly recommend them. I decided to use SEG because of the quality and volume of the other reviews. My wife was coming in from a conference and needed a ride home. I wanted to get her a stretch, but unfortunately all SEG offers are the new Lincoln’s and SUV’s. They did offer to recommend another company that offered a stretch though and while that was very cool and non greedy to see. It was more important to me to stick to a company that had good reviews than to go with a company that offered a specific car. So here are a couple of things about me (and my wifes) experience. A. they texted my wife the night before and the day of to remind her they would be there, where they would park and a description of the driver. All very timely on the texts. All very accurate and good service. B. I was told they would be watching the flight info, but obviously they weren’t whereas, my wife’s plane was 15 minutes early. and she ended up waiting for a car for 15 minutes. The guy was very nice, the car was in excellent condition and the service was good. My only two concerns on this experience were 1. What if my wife used her phone (for an mp3 player on the plane) and her battery was dead by the time the plane landed… No driver. with a name plaque. nothing to guide her where to go. Too dependent on text messages instead of a little of the old school «place cards». 2. They were 15 minutes late.
All that said. Our overall experience was a good one. I will use these guys again.

We used SEG Executive Car Service for rides back to Dallas from Cowboys Stadium after the Final Four championship game. Both drivers were incredibly courteous, prompt and communicative. The rates were very fair and our large group appreciated their help. I’d recommended the service to anyone.

A really great example of a small business that runs well. Easy communication via email or text with prompt, reliable, and courteous service. I’ve used them a dozen times in the past 6 months and had a great experience each time. They just raised their rate to $ 75 one way from Plano to DFW but for long trips I’d pay the same for tolls, gas, and parking.

The is the best car limo service that I’ve used in Dallas. The owner Chris is totally committed to customer service. My family and I have used SEG over 10 times in last year or so. Each time, the service is consistently excellent.
I use SEG mostly for pick up and driving to/​from Plano to DFW airport or airport pickup. Service by Jorge (the driver I usually get) is superb. Fees are very affordable. Great company. Highly recommended.

I had to book a car service at the last minute for a 4am flight and after quickly browsing Unilocal I gave SEG car service a call. The booking process was a breeze. They quickly got me in the system and provided my drivers name and phone number. My driver was great! Jorge texted to let me know he was on his way and then again to confirm his arrival. I even had a last minute prescription that I needed to pick up before leaving the country for my trip and we stopped on the way, no hesitation.
Overall A+ experience. Easy, professional and very comfortable. Will def book them again.

I used SEG Executive Car Service during a business trip to Dallas and my destination was 30 miles away — seemed that might be too far for a cab to want to take me. Reserving with SEG was fast and easy, and when I landed at DFW I had the driver’s name and phone number already texted to me. Our driver, Jorge, was pleasant and professional. I would definitely use SEG again when I’m in Dallas.

I used SEG car service to go to DSW for a brutally early international flight at 7am. Communication was excellent, they texted me the night before to confirm the time and then the driver (Jorge) texted me in the am when he was on his way. He arrived 15 minutes early and was fine waiting until i was ready to leave (at 4:30am — i can’t rush :-). Jorge did a great job of navigating unexpected traffic issues and got me to the airport in plenty of time. I will use them again.

New business with new luxury cars and friendly drivers. Less expensive than a cab with a much better experience.

I’ve used their service multiple times for trips to the airport and enjoying the downtown nightlife. Chris and Jorge are always professional and courteous with great senses of humor. They’re always a please to ride with. I highly recommend SEG Executive Car Service any time you need a ride around the Dallas Metroplex.

I’ve used these guys a half a dozen times for my business trips and will continue to do so. I love that they’re locally owned and operated. They offer excellent customer service and they’re always professional and timely.

Great service. I took a ride from home in Frisco to DFW. SMS notifications with confirmations, pickup on time (15 minutes before the scheduled time), credit card payments with email receipt, new comfortable car, good flat rates (no hidden fees or extras). Don’t use other taxi companies — you will get terrible service for the same money!

Used SEG once again for my return from DFW.
Service was excellent. On time arrival and I didn’t waste time visiting several hotels on the way home.
I’ll be back next time I’m in need of a professional ride/​driver.

Is there any way I can give this company 10 stars?! SEG is absolutely fantasic! I originally booked my trip with them based off their impeccable Unilocal reviews, and once again, Unilocal didn’t steer me wrong. I had to go to the airport at 7am on a Sunday morning, and then my return flight was slated for 10:45pm about two weeks later.
SEG was professional and prompt on my morning trip. They texted me a day before to confirm, and then they texted me when the were en route to my apartment. They arrived about 20 minutes early and actually had to wait on me (I am not a morning person, haha!). Payment was fast an easy with my debit card in the vehicle, and they emailed me a receipt. The vehicle was nice and clean, and the driver was absolutely awesome! So personable and entertaining.
On my return trip to DFW, my flight got super delayed… Which put me getting in Dallas at almost 3am on a Saturday morning. I didn’t expect SEG to still come get me, as I knew they had other reservations to worry about and it was VERY late. But by the grace of God, they came to my rescue with a smile! I really had no idea what I would have done had they not been there, because there were no taxis or businesses open that late. I texted the driver multiple times throughout the night to update him on the status of my flight, and he was very understanding and concerned. When I FINALLY made it to DFW, he was there waiting for me right at my terminal. I felt so bad about the whole thing, because he actually told me that he had airport clients to pick up at 10pm and 3:45am… In other words, I am sure he was planning to get a cat nap in between those trips (I know I would have!). But instead, he stayed up and waited on me to get to home. If that’s not incredible customer service, then I don’t know what is! Definitely book your trip with SEG if you want dependable, clean service with a great driver. This company deserves all the amazing reviews they can get!

If you need a car service to get you to DFW or anywhere else, call SEG. I had an afternoon dropoff to DFW and an evening pickup. Arrived promptly, emailed to confirm pickup and they take credit cards so I didn’t have to mess with getting cash beforehand. The car was really clean and I had a cold bottled water waiting for me. Really friendly, I would definitely use again for future trips!

Very proffessional! I love arriving in style to the airport or events vs a taxi cab! The rates are so reasonable, I highly reccomend. They take credit cards & immediatly send my receipt to my email, what more can I ask for!
