Dr. Ferguson and his staff have been awesome. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Ferguson performed a dental surgery on me; my pain was minimal, and I healed quickly. My regular dentist recommended Dr. Ferguson after I had a bad experience with another oral surgeon in Plano. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferguson.

A word of caution. I was a patient of this practice for more than 10 years. I moved
out of state and asked to have my records sent to my new dentist. They charged me $ 45 and sent a few sheets of paper and poor photocopies of my implants. None of the information was useful my new dentist. When I contacted the practice, they
did not want to correct the problem or refund the fee. For me it was a third-​rate customer service experience.
