If only you could ring there neck via Skype and bitch slap them to wake them from there phone call comma after dealing with old women who can’t find the on button and hire some Americans who actually graduated at a minimum of a GED maybe we could find a solution to my issue instead of clicking the end button 4 times in a row… I feel stoned from throwing away all care, waisting all that time on the phone, and getting promised to speak to people who didn’t come to, and trying to be outsmarted and pushed off by the lowest class people to the point of giving up and laughing about it with them rather than at them until the phone hangs up in the middle of a conversation and says sorry we’re closed. Great products, the worst repair in the business. Had a manufacturers defect with my sim tray carrier and had to send it in to be repaired. My phone sat at the service facility for over 48 hours(arrived on a Monday morning and was checked in on a Wednesday afternoon). I talked to the customer support and they were dismissive and unhelpful. Really disappointing.
