My wife and I have foster and adoptive kids who have state medicaid, which can be a nightmare to navigate with pharmacies. Renner Pharmacy is awesome! They have fixed other pharmacy’s mistakes. Even delivered a med for my son to my house on a Saturday when he had told us originally it wouldn’t be until Monday.
The owner/​manager remembers my name and my son from our phone conversations.
When told by Target’s pharmacy my son’s Medicaid was ineligible, I called Renner, gave him my son’s medicaid number and he looked it up. He then called Target to tell them how to look up the eligibility. Target called back and said my son was good to go. We are switching all our prescriptions to Renner! Bye Target!
