horrible. love the place its very pretty and the owners are nice but very irresponsible bussiness wise with employees. i worked here and only for two weeks the other two we could not work due to their «personal issues». i would’ve understood a few days but 2 weeks is wayy too much to leave us without a job or PAY! everyone has bills to pay. i Quit the job and still havent gotten paid. very Dissapointed in this job Experience. i really liked working there but sad it had to turn out that way.

I went to this salon to get the traditional pedi. That is a 50 minutes pedi with the paraffin wax and a massage. The pamphlet says.“indulge the feet in warm paraffin followed by a revitalizing massage to melt layers of tension”. I got neither. No paraffin and the massage was soooooo short. She put some lemon oil on and I guess that was the extra 20 bucks they charge. So disappointed, but she dug at my toe for 10 minutes. I hope I don’t get an infection after that. It hurts now. Anyway, I thought I had found a really nice place to get pedicure for my daughter and I. Thought wrong. When I went up front to pay. I mentioned to the manager BJ that I thought the traditional pedi came with the the paraffin. She said that oh no, that’s a misprint. Wow. What I lie. Now I know why I was the ONLY person in there Ina Friday afternoon. Will not go back. The lady who did my nails was very nice though, and I was served a glass of wine. I feel like I was ripped off. Would not go back. I will just keep looking.

The hospitality here is awesome… The best experience I ever had getting my nail done… I recommend coming here if you want a great time and unbelievable experience…

I had the BEST spa experience in my life! There’s an entirely new staff of nail technicians that know exactly what they’re doing. They’ve expanded services to include awesome nail art of all kinds. Every technician offers a specialty of their own. They have «celebrity» clients now! Wow… and everyone is made to feel like a «celebrity» The massages are excellent. They also have a beautifully decorated open party area for lavish events. I’ll definitely be back.

This spa has a lot of character, a very homey feel and hospitable service. I was very thankful for BJ’s (the owner) accommodating spirit and warm welcome. I am not from Texas and flew in temporarily from LA and thought this was the place I could finally relax considering the owner was able to provide a one stop shop for all my needs.
My favorite part was my facial by esthetician Ashley Cason who took her time caring for my face, knew what she was doing and really rejuvenated my skin. Not to mention she educated me on what she was doing while she was doing it and gave me insight on how to maintain a good skin care regimen. She’s also bringing in new products which excited me and makes me want to come back. The chocolate mask was awesome.
BJ I will definitely be back to try the power jets and body scrub. Thank you!

Super disappointed in this place. I wish I would have had the experience and customer service that the other reviews speak of. I did purchase the groupon so I wasn’t expecting top notch treatment, but never in my life have I been in pain from a mani pedi. The pedicure lasted 10 minutes. I made an appointment for 5:30pm and their hours said they closed at 7, but you would have thought they closed at 6 for as much as I was rushed. It was basically a polish change with no scrubbing or massaging for the pedicure. We moved over to do the shellac manicure and instead of removing the old polish with acetone, they shaved it off my nails with the tool used for the fake nails. I have really small nail beds and small hands. She kept commenting or more like complaining about how small and thin my nails were. Sorry, that’s how God made me. She even brushed my skin with the tool and made my cuticle bleed. She then proceeded to file the hell out of my nails to make them even thinner than they already are and even filed my skin. So painful! She also was yanking my arms closer to her although my chair was moved up as far as it could go. When she finished she didn’t say a word to me. Just let me sit there and she got up and started cleaning, got her purse, and left. So awkward! Guess she was in a hurry to get off work 30 minutes before the closing hours.
I won’t be back and probably would have been way more pissed if I had paid full price for such poor service. It’s really nice and clean on the inside… has a lot of potential. I think maybe it was just this woman because it seemed like the 2 other customers there at the same time were having more positive experiences with their nail techs. I’ve been in the service industry before myself so I did leave a 20% tip, but it was really hard.

I had the worst mani and pedi here a few weeks ago. I made an appointment because I had a groupon and it happened to be the day before Thanksgiving. I figured it would be very busy so I wanted to be sure to have an appointment. Well when I showed up for the appointment there were only 2 nail technicians there and both had just started working on walk ins. I had to wait over an hour to be seen and if I hadn’t bought the groupon already, I would have walked out. The technician apologized and explained they were short staffed but she did a rushed and sloppy job on my gel manicure since there were 4 people waiting after me.
I feel bad for the technician who was working nonstop and even told me she had skipped lunch (this was around 4 pm). The owners should realize how busy it will be right before a holiday! And they should know to not accept walk ins right before a scheduled appointment. I was very disappointed in this place after reading all the great reviews.

I’m not sure what other negative reviews are all about. I came in today and used my groupon coupon. I had the pleasure of having Cherise do my mani-​pedi. She has such an amazing personality and her work was spectacular. I can’t believe I got what I did for only $ 35! I am a regular at Posche Nails usually but I am so impressed with this day spa that I am now a Prema patron. The salon is beautiful and clean. They also offer an array of other services. I can’t wait to come spend a day here and try everything out. Ignore the negative reviews… I give them five stars!

I got the shellac french manicure and am very satisfied. My nails are shiny and beautiful. Also, the lady who did the manicure was very kind. I wasn’t too impressed with the pedicure (just ok) though.

The location is slightly hidden its off jupiter and 75 once you find it you will be amazed how you never seen the location. I work close so I decided to redeem my offer (btw very nice area). My mother bought me a groupon from this location.
I absolutely love my red shellac nails. Mimi did an amazing job I love them and I recommend her. Shes fast and doesn’t not rush you one bit. I love her work. My pedicure wasn’t to die for but it was partially my fault for the color but it seems a little rushed by the women who did my pedi.
I can tell the younger girl in the store is very social and nice I will ask for her next time I go. And yes I will be going back prema has won over my loyalty.

Been waiting on my appointment they forgot about for over half an hour. Not cool for generating business. Groupon burn!

Wow… I wrote a review a couple of days ago about a bad experience at this day spa. Apparently, if they don’t like what you say they can «hide» your review. That is scary. You can see my previous review under «not recommended». Really?

Recently changed ownership. The pedi quality is not as good… and prices are higher.

The location has a new co-​owner named Linh. Both she and Jenny have a great location here in this shopping center, which is right off of Pres George Bush Turnpike, close to 75.
There is the stereotype of Asian nail salons that don’t speak English well or speak in a foreign language most of the time, but they don’t do that here. They really get it — about how important it is to make us, the clients, feel comfortable, so that we will be likely to return and refer.
Linh and Rick are my favorites, but I’ve had my nails done by others who have not disappointed. I’ve had shellac manicures that didn’t chip even after 2 weeks (done by Rick) and pedicures (Milk & Honey, Lux and Tropical are all good, but so is the Signature).
They also do spa treatments and waxes. I haven’t done a spa treatment yet but did an eyebrow wax, which was quick and painless by Linh (a true professional who is attentive to her clients, some of whom followed her from her previous nail salon in Coppell). I’m a Linh follower and love the new location she works from! She also did the permanent make-​up for my eyebrows back in Coppell. And they still look natural & pretty.
