This is a restaurant run by dishonest owners. I ordered a regular bowl of phở with beef and meatball for $ 5.95, and I asked them to add some tripe to the bowl. I was charged $ 2.50 for the additional tripe. I told them the menu shows adding one ingredient is only $ 0.25. The cashier told me this is the «new rule» which is not showing on the menu. She said I should have specifically asked about this when I ordered instead of just reading the menu.
I want to make sure everyone knows about this «new rule» and stop paying for tripe which cost almost half the price of a full noodle bowl. The taste of the food certainly does not worth the price I paid.
