Even though their systems were down today the lady working at the desk (didn’t catch her name) was very sweet, super knowledgable and helped me figure out what to do with my car with a flat tire. Thank you sweet lady!

Made an appointment for an oil change and a single flat repair. More than two hours later I’m still sitting in the waiting room. Just asked the GM where we were at as my car had been on the lift for a couple of hours and he said he would find out. Five minutes later he returned to the lobby and said nothing to me. Finally my car got started on and miraculously finished about 20 minutes after that. Apparently I had to prompt them to work on it once it was on the lift.
Assistant Manager (?) Chris was a complete professional to everyone I heard him interact with during my 2 hours there, but the level of service from the GM was nonexistent and seemingly purposefully evasive.
Two hours, with an appointment, for an oil change and a flat repair is unacceptable. This experience has soured me on the whole TBC brand.

My car was pulling to the left. Got an alignment at different location and they told me that something was damage on my car so they could not align it. properly. I took it to this NTB and right away they notice that my front two tires were bald and ripping apart from the inside therefore that is why my car was pulling to the left. The advisor gave me a price for two new tires but was not pressured at all to buy it. He even told me after you get different tires put on to come back for another alignment. Guy with the dark curly hair. Class ACT.

Needed a new Battery — You know how sometimes you just know it is time.
Went in, previously purchased tires, so I was in the computer. Told them I though I need a battery, they insisted on checking to make sure, grabbed the key and they were off. Back in less than 5 minutes, showed me the test strip from tester, I told them the Interstate Battery I wanted and they were off again.
In and out in less than 20 minutes. That is a record for me trying to get anything done.
Price was fair, got a $ 20 rebate that made the price even better.

Guys took out a nail of my tire for me. quick turn around. friendly service.

The staff here is top notch and willing to go out of their way to provide great customer service.
During the big ice storm in December my dad got a flat tire. He called the Honda dealership and they were closing early due to the storm. Next we called NTB and they told us to come on down. They looked at the tire and offered to replace it. My dad wanted to make a deal on getting 4 new tired and they did make him a good deal. While we waited they made sure we were comfy and offered several times to make fresh coffee for us. Since the car was covered with ice and snow they told us they would not do a realignment but told us to come back anytime after the snow passed.
They provided such great customer service during a ice storm we will be coming back to them for all of our tire needs.

Ask for Steve… he seems to be the most knowledgeable and he’ll be honest with you on your tire needs. Got a good set of Coopers for my SUV… decent price, on special, and the customer service was excellent. Had me in and out in an hour…

Stay away from this business! They took 3 days to change a tire. Called on the third day and acted like they had been calling me all along. They didn’t balance my tires correctly and called them to tell them it was driving funny and making an extremely loud road noise. Jared said I don’t know tires. Really said that! You need to speak to my service manager «James». James was the rudest and worst manager I have ever dealt with in the service industry. I have used them for years and purchased tires and batteries for all my vehicles from them. Not any more! He was condescending, unwilling to help and talk over me on several occasions. He hung up on me twice and they refused to give me the store managers name. I will be contacted BBB, their corporate office and anybody else who will listen. Stay away, you have been warned. Look at their other reviews, I’m not alone. Learn from our mistake and find another shop.

We love this NTB. Just called minutes before closing. They stayed open for us to get there. New battery $ 25 with pro rata.

Pitiful service, can’t balance tires. Why did I go here? What a mistake. Always an excuse, just bring it back if not right. Are you kidding me, I love taking time off work to keep going back. Corporate not much help either. Not a member of BBB, wonder why.

Best NTB experience I’ve ever had; most are painful.
This NTB was friendly instead of obnoxious.
This NTB was quick instead of stupendously slow.
This NTB did the work requrested rather than hardselling.
I prefer Discount Tire for tires, but for things Discount doesn’t do I think this NTB is pretty good.

Completely messed up simple two tire replacement. Mechanics were all to busy playing grab ass, even yodeling to pay attention to doing their jobs. Had to make three trips back to get it right, then still had a slow leak. Bunch of idiots.
