Mister Cubicle

These guys did an awesome job setting up. I worked with the Houston branch and dealt with Damian who was extremely professional and quick with replies. We work in a secure facility and had some unknown security hiccups at the last minute on our end but Damian worked with us patiently to help us get our cubicles installed. The pricing was excellent and the onsite installer was fast and did an excellent job.
Would highly recommend Mister Cubicle to anyone looking for awesome prices and great customer service.

Really a great experience with Mister Cubicle. I found them online and wanted to purchase telemarketing stations and L shaped cubicles. I called their Dallas office and spoke with May Lee, who was knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. We immediately started to communicate VIA email and text. She sent over a quote the very same day! I signed and sent back after several exchanges and adjustment and she had the furniture installers come over with cubicles and office chairs the same week. Very punctual, I would definitely recommend if you have a budget and need things done quickly.

Do not waste your time here. The only thing they have going for them is the prices. Bought an executive desk and credenza on Labor Day and was told it wasn’t in stock but would deliver by mid-​Sept. They have made nothing but excuses and I’ve wasted almost 30 days and am fighting to get my money back.

We were in a rush to get 80 cubes and 100 seats into our bank within about two weeks, and Mr cubicle pulled through without a hitch.
They provided 3-​D renderings of the layout and cubes within 48 hours of our initial consultation.
They had a large selection of new and used cubicles, desks, and chairs (used items were still in great conditions), and they wiped the floor with other companies we contacted concerning pricing. Communication was great and consistent throughout the process.
What really stood out to me though was their crew working through the entire weekend to make sure we could go live that Monday.
I will definitely have them install future building sections!

We remodeled our office and we found out pretty quickly that cubicles can get pretty expensive. We started out looking for new furniture, but the price was insane for even a very basic setup. We located several used dealers who sold items «as-​is». None of that was ideal. Then, we found Mr. Cubicle who was able to configure used equipment to our EXACT specifications and also recondition them to nearly new condition.
We did a project with 26 cubes for a quarter of the cost of new. In fact, it wasn’t much more than a lot of the «as-​is» used stuff we were looking at. This was nice Herman Miller equipment with glass and wood laminate surfaces. We got fabrics and surfaces in our choice of finishes/​colors. They were very flexible throughout the planning process and accommodated several last minutes changes.
The installers came in and handled everything from top to bottom. Then even came back (across 3 states) to fix and repair a few things.
I highly recommend Mr. Cubicle if you are considering used equipment because they can configure your setup to meet your needs and make sure you have all the parts necessary to get things setup up right.

I had used mr. Cubicle at my last company I worked for. Like one of the previous reviews I to placed blame on them, but it turns out to be the company who the sub contract the work out. Once Mr. Cubicle was fully aware of the problem the manager came out and looked at the problem and corrected everything making sure everything was done correctly.
They did stay in full contact with us till everything was fixed.
I know I would trust them for any future projects I may have for office cubicles.

We called Mr. Cubicle when it became apparent we were out of office space and needed more space for our people. Ryan Kelly was who we worked with and he did a great job of laying out our options and pricing each option.
We had a few issues arise (as can be expected when you’re dealing with used office furniture) but Ryan went above and beyond to make it right. We would definitely use them again if we needed more office furniture.

I work for a small, startup consulting company here in D. We recently moved offices and I offered to spearhead the operation. When I found out that my boss wanted cubicles in the new space, I had no idea where to even begin.
Here’s where Mister Cubicle comes in: if your office is going to be cube-​proof, only use these guys. I found their craigslist’s ad and their witty website delightful– more importantly, informative. They immediately got back to me, offering consultation and personal attention.
Price wise– they stacked up competitively against competition. I wanted to do business with them.
Mister Cubicle has cleverly carved out a unique niche in the office infrastructure space and they are a pleasure to work with! That’s why that scathing review below is shocking to me.
If you want to make your office move/​remodeling/​updating less headache prone, definitely consider using Mister Cubicle.

Getting cubicles from this company was an ordeal, I’ll be honest. I placed a lot of blame on Mister Cubicle at first, but it turns out that one of their sub-​contracted installing companies, ARC, were the ones to blame for all the mishaps I had trying to get four cubicles installed in my office.
I only briefly mention the problems I had with getting these cubicles because it allows me an opportunity to commend the staff at Mister Cubicle, especially Ryan Kelly. Ryan was patient and kind to me, even when I was not so friendly to him due to my frustration with the installing company. Every issue that I had, he remedied by providing a better product or way of doing things. In fact, after ARC laid the last straw on the camel’s back, prompting me to literally remove their products from my office as they were bringing them in because they were nowhere near what I had ordered, Ryan severed the relationship between my company and ARC, and sent out Hugo and another guy from Precision Office Furniture Installation, and they were outstanding. They installed and cleaned up the product I ordered and I am happy with the results. Hugo was extremely professional and seemed to truly care about what I thought about his work.
Ryan is an excellent example of true customer service and perseverance. I was incredibly mean to him at times and he always remained professional and shared in my frustration with the initial appearance of the cubicles after they had first been installed by ARC. He did everything within his power to satisfy the customer instead of just allowing things to lie stagnant when they got difficult, and for that I am grateful.
