Everyone there only cares if they can get more money from you. I was there for a cleaning and the doctor recommended me to take Invisalign without even doing an assessment if it is good for you. Moreover they charged 35 dollars or. more if you want to send your medical records or xray result to other dental office. I told the doctor there that I have a cavity but he didnt even care to look at it. Worst experience ever.

Doctor Bui is the BEST dentist ever! His facility is very clean. He cares about his patients and his staff is very nice. They have complimentary drinks and snacks for those waiting which is great because other dental offices don’t offer that. He speaks Vietnamese too so it’s a big plus for those that are Vietnamese. Come to him and you won’t be disappointed!

Great neighborhood dentist. Very professional and clean. They give advice on dental work and pay very close attention to insurance capabilities. The doctor is very nice and his staff makes sure you are very comfortable. I’ve gotten cleaning, fillings and a crown done and leave with no pain. Plus I can watch some Netflix to keep my mind off of the work being done! Best dentist I’ve used so far. Don’t think I’d switch to a different one, especially since they take most insurances so I have no reason to switch!
They provide a full array of services.

Staff are so nice and the dentist he is professional. I got the braces and I had to pull down 6 teeth but that never felt hurt even when I came home with the numb was gone. My teeth are lot of better now.

Visted this dentist to reschedule an appointment and the front desk executive was so prompt that she took me in right away for a basic dental exam.
To list GOOD things : —
1) friendly and courteous staff which makes you feel that you have made the best choice in life.
2) Wait time was less and while you wait for the doctor half job of taking X-​Rays and basic check is done by nurse which was pretty cool.
3) Latest and modern techniques used for the detection of any dental problem going on.
4) Honest and upfront Dent on the pockets of a patient is well informed prior to any procedure.
5) The doctor was knowledgeable and accurately addressed my concerns
To list NOT SO GOOD things: —
1) Actually i cannot think of any apart from the doctor looked a little confused when you ask out of the box (less relevant) questions .
VERDICT: — ITOOTH dentistry is not the only place to rule out your teethe in richardson area as you have quite a few nearby dentistry but coming here would neither be a big loss or disappointment.
