This location is in one word, booty! No legitimate customer service, and not really anyone working there who doesn’t have an intent on screwing you around. Heaven forbid if you talk to the District Manager for this store, he’ll feed you empty promises and never follow through. This location used to be eccentric and had a knowledgeable staff who would answer all your questions regardless of how many times they heard the same question from different customers. Now it’s like walking into a 7/11…BOOTY!
Find the one in Oakridge Plaza, those people know what customer service is about. Know problems ever!

If I could give them zero I would this place was a disaster we went on a Saturday evening (two young men were working) or more like hanging out with the customers being a distraction. They were talking and laughing amongst themselves meanwhile 10+ people are sitting around waiting to simply be checked out. I found it hard not to scream at them but thought they were probably too high on whatever to care if I had exerted the effort. Gross. I’ll go elsewhere to spend the 60 $ required to purchase a game. WALMART IS EVEN BETTER THAN THIS PLACE.

Why?
–I purchased a Naruto Ultimate Storm 3 Full Burst for 30 bucks by 08-​09-​2014. They said it was new and they used their own seal to seal the game. Game came without booklet. I tried to returned or trade for another game by 08-​17-​2014. They did not accepted refund. My only choice is trading the game for 13 bucks. This blew me out.
You will have no benefit at all.
Why?
–The new game I buy from ebay by variety people still has its own seals with new wrap
— I can sell this game through ebay for minimum 25 bucks as used game at the present time.
I rarely shop at store but this was my first time and I would like to warn you guys to choose wisely before shop at gamestops.

I’ve always enjoyed GameStop, never had a problem. The last time I went in I preordered Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Every cashier I’ve talk to are very polite. That’s why you’re getting 5 stars on Unilocal
