I specialize in stress management techniques and Eastern bodywork modalities.

My main specialty is barefoot bar therapy, which is the deepest «deep tissue» massage in town.

I have crafted a unique service that focuses on deep relaxation. At Gaia Bodywork, you will experience a massage blended with aromatherapy, heat, pressure, and strategic additions that will bring you to a blissful place.

Every massage is customized to your specific needs.

I am an independent therapist working in an office environment. I do not sell gift certificates, offer couples massage or have same day appointments available.

I do offer packages and online booking.

If you suffer from anxiety, tension, stress, and pain, whether it be physical or emotional, massage can help turn things around and I have experienced this first hand. So much so, that it inspired me to make it my career.

Over the past dozen years, I have worked in some of Dallas’s top spas and clinics and have continued my education, crafting my own unique style, and specializing in stress management techniques as well as Eastern bodywork modalities.

Zen is just one of the many awesome words to describe the experience I had with Hillary. Her room is beautiful and peaceful, and her massage table is maybe the most comfortable I’ve been on. Her sheets were so soft! I could lay in those sheets forever. The total ambiance plus relaxing massage (Swedish and Ashiatsu) made it one of the best massages ever.

Hillary is the epitome of professionalism. Her room is peaceful and I love the music that softly whispers in the background. Her massage technique is excellent and her calmness and caring is communicated through the massage. I also love her online booking because you can see what’s available and schedule your appointment easily. No phone calls or leaving messages. Highly recommend.

This was my first massage so I don’t really have much to compare it too but i will just say it was like heaven. Hillary was very nice, respectful, and firm! I asked her about my wife getting a massage with her medical condition and she checked into it for me and had an answer within hours after my massage. I would totally recommend a massage from her!

I have known Hillary as a massage therapist, Reiki Master, and massage instructor for about two years now. I have had the honor of experiencing her in all three capacities. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She has a passion for healing and making a difference for her clients, which is evident to anyone she works on.
