I enjoyed my first visit to first image nails. The shop is very small, only four pedicure chairs and two tables for nails. But I came while most people were at work so there was no wait. Trisha did my nails and toes(full set and basic pedi). She was very sweet and personable. I enjoyed her service. My nails and toes look great; however there was a $ 3 up charge for the nail shape that I prefer(coffin shaped acrylics). My pedicure was very relaxing, with an array of different salts, scrubs, masks and a paraffin wax. I may make this my regular salon. I recommend you to come in a see Trisha. Make an appointment so that there won’t be a long wait!

Literally one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten. I hate talking about feet, but here it goes. It started out ok, I requested a basic pedicure($ 21) and a shellac manicure($ 25). The lady that was doing my pedicure came over and asked what colors, I told her French for the toes and the # that corresponded with the color of polish I wanted. It started out ok. The pedicure was started first, then a little after the other girl came and started doing the manicure as well. Here’s where it gets wonky. The lady doing the pedicure almost cut me three times, I had to ask her to cut toenails that were obviously longer than others, and I had to have someone else redo the French style polish before I left. It looked like she had just painted about four of my toes straight white. It was so bad I even asked the manicurist if the lady doing the pedicure had done this before. To be fair they fixed what I didn’t like immediately and were very kind. Also, the manicurist was pretty good. That’s why I’m giving them two stars, but I won’t go here again. Bummer.
