Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise was there when I needed them! My car broke down while I was out with my 92 year old mother. I called Enterprise and they came to get me immediately! Great service!

We use them at least once a month and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.

You can’t go wrong if you go with this place. The best customer service in the DFW! Great people, great cars, speedy service. A total WIN/​WIN with this staff and service. I have never been disappointed in the 5 years I have been a customer, I am treated like a valued customer whether I rent for a day or a week. Nikki is the best, always goes out of her way to make you happy with your service from them. A valued customer 5 years and counting. Have an amazing day!

Rented a Ford Fusion here to use over thanksgiving weekend. Awesome customer service, the car was great, and the check-​in/​check-​out went really smoothly. Since I got back the Sunday after thanksgiving, the place was swamped, and it took over an hour between returning the car and getting home. I’m sure if I went any other time, though, it would have been perfect. Thanks!

I had an insurance rental that ended up going through Enterprise because they have deals with my insurer and I was gunning for a premium/​luxury car. I called a few locations and this was the only one that was willing to go out of their way to find me a premium vehicle and have it brought in (thank you, Nikki!)
I requested pickup from the shop where my car was being fixed and they came through and were there when they said they’d be there, despite it being a stormy day where you’d expect things to be backed up and running behind schedule.
I arrived at the store to find no wait at the counter. They were fast and courteous and had me in an awesome car within a few minutes. The entire interaction was pleasant, I enjoyed the staff, the process, and especially the car.
When I returned the car, they saw that I had overfilled the tank (it was full but only had ½ when I got it) so they gave me a gas card to use for a free ½ tank on my next Enterprise rental. They also went out of their way to ask how everything was and whether there was anything they could have done better from a customer satisfaction standpoint.
I’ve had some abysmal experiences with Thrifty and Hertz lately and have been looking for a new rental program to park my business with, and the experience here definitely earned Enterprise a good chance at my loyalty long-​term. I was also pleased to find out that all of their domestic locations are corporate-​owned rather than franchise, which gives me some hope of having a consistent experience across the chain.

As a visitor in U.S., it is hard to go anywhere without a car. I made a reservation online and went there last Saturday. The staffs there were good and I can rent a car with driver license of my own country. It took me a little bit longer in the lobby to wait for my car. Maybe it was because of Saturday and there was shorthanded. I got a relative new car and it was good for me. I returned the car on Monday morning after refueling the tank to half-​full.
The parking area outside of the enterprise store is a little small. When I returned the car, it was a little hard to park the car to the area for returning because there was no space.
Overall, it was a good experience for me.

After my insurance company made a reservation with this place (I would have never have chosen it), they just hung up on me and left me stranded without a car.

Two bad experience in less than 1 week.
First one problem with oil second one problem with a tire! Who check the cars?!!

Not sure why it is but when you place a request online for specific vehicle and they give you something else… it kinda is a joy kill. In addition, the vehicle we got literally just came back and they had me wait… lots of dog hair in it… I know they tried to get it off but they couldnt… so I had them notate that I got the vehicle with lots of dog hair… so that they didn’t charge me when it came back with all that dog hair.
and of course, i needed the vehicle for that day so they gave me a choice of the dirty suv i got or a minivan. I only give it 2 stars because I have been to better Enterprise rent a car centers.
