Absolutely the best agent I have worked with. I recently moved from Houston to Dallas and had no ties to my agent in Houston. After doing a little research on who to move my future insurance needs to, I settled on Duff.
He is extremely professional and has a very family oriented feel to him. I didn’t get the «creepy used car salesman» vibe from him. His office is cozy and is a great place to do business.
I like the fact that when I call his office, I get to speak with him directly. He never rushes and goes the extra effort to make sure you understand your policy. Duff is proactive when it comes to taking care of his clients, he realizes the importance of life planning and always suggests ways to improve upon that.
I am excited about working with Duff and would recommend him to anyone looking for a solid, professional agent.
