Gary did a great job fixing or AC. We wanted a second opinion and he managed to figure out what was wrong and do a cheaper fix than another company had offered in a much faster time. I would recommend Gary to anyone else needing a look at for their HVAC system.

We have used D&D several times in the last few years and EVERY time they come out either Gary or his son take very good care of us. Evening, weekends they are quick and don’t try to rip you off. I feel they are honest and money conscious because they want to keep customers. I have had bad experiences with 2 other heat and AC companies I lost hope in finding someone I could trust but I feel I can trust them.

My condenser unit had a broke wire and I called for tune-​up and repair, thinking it may take a few days and I would have to take off work… Initial appointment was scheduled for the next day (they were servicing one of my neighbors units and could stop by when they were finished there). Shortly after, i received a call back and they asked if I wanted them to come out that night, as I had no AC. They came right over, fixed the problem with no inconvenience on my part. WOW what great service. Way to take care of the customer!

Gary Kinsey and his associate (nice guy, just can’t remember his name) did a first class job fixing our A/​C. I don’t need to tell you it’s hot as hell out there, and it was getting a little … shall we say … moist.
Our system has never worked quite right. I didn’t know that when we had our air handler replaced a couple of years ago it was replaced with a different size than our heat pump. Well that explained why we couldn’t get any heat this winter, either! I guess you can really screw things up like that. Last summer we had another company come out and work on our upstairs A/​C, but even though he checked out both systems, never warned us of any impending problems with the way it was set up. It turned out that we spent A LOT of mula on stuff that was eventually fixed by wiggling wires. Anyway, after all that, we were pretty uncomfortable with anyone we had used before.
I recommend Gary and D&D Service for all your A/​C and heat pump needs. They were quick, concerned, and were able to trouble shoot our problems, finding us an affordable solution. Then Gary even called my husband on a Saturday to discuss the things he’d told me, further aleviating possible concerns.
We were pretty impressed. If you wonder who you can trust to give you the right info and the right price w/​o the bull, you can definitely trust Gary Kinsey. Solving this problem will make our heat work in the winter, too! We’re way happy.
