History

Established in 1992.

CertaPro Painters is North America’s most referred painting contractor and I, Don Lenehan, am the local owner of CertaPro Painters of Richardson. I started this business because I wanted to bring a level of customer service to the residential painting that is not commonly found. My goal has always been to do great painting work our customers can be proud of while delivering world class customer service.

Based in Richardson, we have performed thousands of painting projects with that focus in Garland, NE Dallas, Fair Oaks Park, Crowley Park, and Richardson. We’ve painted for your neighbors and friends, and have probably painted a home on your block!

Business Owner

Before operating the CertaPro Painting business in Richardson, Garland and Lake Highlands, I had a 30 year career as a marketing and advertising executive for some of America’s most respected companies, including CNN and The Coca-​Cola Company. I have an MBA in marketing from Columbia University in New York and I got my undergraduate degree in psychology from Brown University. I love owning and operating a painting business. I really enjoy the thrill of completing a painting project that creates a beautiful result and surpasses our customer’s expectations.
