I had a neck injury that left me in severe pain. I’ve never had a massage before but decided that if I ever needed one it was now. I made an appointment and headed over as it was the closest to my house. I was greeted and immediately shown to a room. Being a first timer, I didn’t know if I needed to specify what I came in for. There was not a lot of dialogue between me and the massage therapist but she really put me at ease and I just decided to go with it. They offer a 30 and 60 minute massage. I wasn’t asked how long I wanted to be massaged for but went with it anyway because of the pain I was in. I really felt at ease and even though my session was interrupted several times by other people walking in (I guess my lady was the only one there at the time) I would go back. She was very apologetic everytime. Even though I didn’t tell her that my neck was in pain I could tell that she concentrated on it and really relieved a lot of my pain. I went to staying in bed for days not being able to look around to being able to have my full range of motion back and my pain greatly reduced to just a dull ache.
