BBTech was formed when two telecommunications engineers were laid off from their software development company. Dissatisfied with the outlook of gaining meaningful corporate employment, Mr. Anhalt and Mr. Gardner agreed to form a company to help small and medium sized businesses manage and administer their IT needs.
