The best cleaners in the world! I will never go anywhere else. The owners alter my clothes and my boyfriend’s clothes perfectly. I drive from downtown Dallas, my boyfriend drives from Frisco, and my parents drive from Tioga to Barton-​Howell Cleaners. We love them!

I started searching for a good quality tailor at a practical price for my husband yesterday. The first place I walked in was B&H tailor on beltline& central. The owner was sitting down in the chair and did not stand while ”I” greeted him. I asked specifically for pricing on men’s slack hemmed. The owner abruptly states ‘if you are looking for cheap prices, we are not the place!’ I respond ‘Are you kidding me?, I’m not looking for cheap. I’m looking for a practical price with good quality work.’ I was appalled with his client services. He was rude, disrespectful, and completely out of line. I told him you are precisely correct, I will not do business with you.

Love, love, love this place! The owners, James and Yoomi, are on site every minute of the business day and insist on delivering a quality service to their customers, whom they call by name almost immediately. I have been using their dry cleaning services for more than 4 years and have never had to return a garment because it was not cleaned or pressed properly. Recently, I had a suit jacket altered — it was done perfectly and delivered 2 days early. Barton-​Howell is THE dry cleaner to go to in Richardson!
