I always come to this car wash. They do professional jobs on their vehicles and leave everything smelling clean and new. It’s all hand wash so no scratches like the machines do.
They may take a little but if you want high quality, it takes a bit more time. Everyone is friendly, from the first guy at the vacuums to the cashier to they drier. Try it out!

Alright so as a first time customer here my experience was so-​so. The staff is friendly. And I took advantage of the Unilocal coupon which was nice, got a standard wash which included vacuuming. Nothing to complain about the wash, but the vacuum job kinda sucked. They vacuumed the mats real good but kinda used them to cover up everything else. And the backseat was completely neglected. So I don’t know whether I’ll go back or not. For five dollars less I could have gotten a drivethru wash and done a better vacuuming job myself elsewhere.

Like their quick service. Detail job was thoroughly done.

Ask for Maria when you get your car detailed! She did a phenomenal job! Paid really close attention to detail!

Guys, serious!!! I go in there with a new (dirty, obviously) black Audi A4 and come out of there practically the same way, the car looks as if they water hosed it down and just dried it up. I’ll attach pictures of possible to show the result of a $ 25.95 wash that I could’ve had the same result with by just hosing it down here at the F#%+*?g driveway of my house. There’s dust all around the trunk area and dried up water drops on my two front doors. The interior was still dusty around the NAV area. COME ON, you guys are trusted to do a good job based on the amount that you’re getting paid!

Went here to get my first car wash on my brand new car. They did a decent job on the wash did not take that long at all but when I got home I noticed an oil hand print on my driver passenger sides inside door, It was not there before since my car was only a week old when I took it there and it can’t get it off.

Decent wash job… A bit overpriced and they are SLOW… It took 48 mins and there was nobody here when I pulled up. Will not be back.

I got fed up with my old car wash and decided to try this one. There service is always good, timely, and they’re polite. Daniel Lopez does really good work. I asked his name so I could recommend him. Although I have had good service from all their employees.

I’ve been here multiple times. Love it here. People are friendly, staff is great, haven’t had an issue yet.
I usually get the complete clay and wax detail. I can say that I love how my car comes out. What’s awesome is that they understand what my car needs by me explaining what I would like. My car smells good, looks good, and shines like the day I bought it after the detail. Highly recommended!

This place sucks. It has fake reviews!!! You will notice someone else mentioned it too, the fake name being Firas, a manager. This business has so many fake reviews it’s unbelievable.
On to the wash, it was overpriced for such a bad job. I got the «Diamond Wash». It was absolutely horrible. Worst $ 25 I have ever spent. They don’t even do anything different. Same plain old wash with the waxes by the machine. My interior was completely filthy and they didn’t wipe down the doors.
When I left I and got hit by the sun I noticed the inside of my windows were smeared with what was probably armor-​all. They need to clean their towels better.
I will never be back to this place.
No wonder it got shut down before and had to reopen.

Went in for a car wash with a hand wax job. The wax job is great. My car is so nice and shiny. I would recommend getting your car wax here. With that being said my windows were still dirty. If it was just one or two I would let it pass but all my windows were left unattended. After I drop a good amount of money to get my car detailed, I still had to go home and clean it myself. I love the wax job but I’m unsure if I would return for a regular wash.

Not happy! Paid for the $ 15 wash which includes air freshener which I couldn’t even smell. They didn’t even vacuum properly! Look at the photos I posted for reference. What the heck! Rip off.
Also, EMPLOYEES SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RATE THE BUSINESS THEY WORK FOR! When I called to complain I was told to come back and ask for Pedro or Firas. Well, lo and behold on the Unilocal page one of the 5 star reviews is from a Firas. Unethical!

This car wash is awesome !! Came here on a Sunday afternoon and was in and out within 15 minutes. Great customer service !

This place is really nice. Had my car washed within 20mins and came out looking great! I wish they would have done a better job w/​the windows, I could still see water spots in my smaller windows. The staff was great, no fee for card use. I will defiantly be coming back to get my card stamps.

I went in on a Saturday with my kids. It was crazy busy but they were still able to complete the job in a timely manner. I felt that what we paid for was a little overpriced for the job that was done but overall, I was satisfied. I like how they had a jumper on the lot for the kids (parents, you know this is majorly helpful) and plenty of chairs to take a seat and wait for them to finish your car. I will be coming again but definitely trying a cheaper package next time.
Oh! And they also offer a stamp card which is pretty neat if you’re a regular here.

I love this carwash. It’s about 5 minutes away from my house, they do hand wash, and they have tarps outside where they can dry your car, so no spots by the time they dry your car like other car washes. A regular wash is $ 11. 99 too.

I was pretty satisfied with my service. I arrived a couple minutes before 8 am but they still took me in. Started immediately on my car. Daniel did a really nice job. I watched him get every nook and cranny that was on my vehicle. The wait area inside and out is clean, decent and roomy. While I waited on my car, it seemed that its the spot for the Rialto Police Department because I watched several of their vehicles come in to get a wash… as least 4.

Seems like I was not the only one concerned about pricing because they’ve reduced the cost to more comparable to other car washes.

I’m updating my review (see previous review) because they reached out to me and said I was misquoted by a new employee. I like that. I still probably won’t return, since I don’t live in the area, but follow up customer service is important. Good for them.
