Israel the owner of this establishment is not properly trained in customer service. When several attempts at using a coupon which I had purchased online, we’re unsuccessfulI, I called to discuss the problem with a manager. I was given the run around about who was in charge and placed on hold for several time before actually speaking to the general manager/​Owner. After not wanting to completely listen or try to understand about the issue I was having, he advised me to contact that company and explain why Quality Tire Center could not and would not help me. I did not place his advertisement online and have no authority to make any changes with the company that Quality Tire took the ad out with. Buyer beware of this business who gets paid buy a third party service and won’t hold true to his word! I don’t have to worry about future problems with Quality Tire, the owner told me to leave and he would not do any work on my cars ever! I have been a member of this very reputable coupon service for several years and use it often, and even use it at my own place of business and have never had a business want me to fix an issue the were having with this company.

Excellent service. Trusted in the community. I came in first thing this morning because I found an incredible deal on Groupon. I had the opportunity to meet and greet others who came after my arrival. I learned a couple of the guys were bringing fleet vehicles in. Individually they explained their companies were fully satisfied with the services provided here. Israel manages the operation. He is polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will be back and happily refer others to this establishment! Thanks so much!

Quality Tire is where I go for all of my car needs. Very friendly and honest staff. Israel, the owner is very helpful and knowledgable. He always gets the job done quickly and the right way. Marlon is great also. He always takes good care of his customers. If you’re looking for great prices and honest service, this is the place for you. My family and I will continue to come here for years to come.

Mr. Israel Meneses is not being honest about one important fact in the explanation he provided. He did not offer any half price, «per customer satisfaction,» deal of any kind. I was taken to the service area and presented with an Oil Plug, that he claimed was proof Quality Tire Auto Service Center did not over tighten, or strip the Oil Pan. Next, in the most hostile and unprofessional way possible, Mr. Israel declared that the damaged Oil Pan was due to normal wear/​tear. Then I was told that the only option available to me was to pay $ 600 for an Oil Pan replacement. The $ 600 quote he gave me is higher that the Honda Dealership. Let me be clear, no half price deal, or offer of any kind was on the table when I spoke to Mr. Israel. Only a $ 600 bill, paid in full by me the customer, was the offer from Quality Tire Auto Service Center. My Honda Civic got regular oil changes at Quality Tire Auto Service Center for years consistently. The Damaged Oil Pan threads is clearly their responsibility.

I went in for a routine oil change. Immediately after leaving the site, I heard a LOUD screeching noise coming from my SUV. I turned around to inform Israel Meneses (store owner) about my concerns. I was informed that I had a break pad problem that it could be fixed for an additional costs. Distraught, I informed Israel that I DID NOT have loud noises coming from my SUV prior to receiving service at his store. He did not offer any other resolution and walked away from me while I was trying to talk to him about my concerns…
Quality Tire Auto Service Center, Goodyear is a dishonest business. I will NEVER take any of my vehicles there again. I also plan to sue for the cost that I will incur for fixing the problem that occurred at their site… I went in for a routine oil change… Left with severe break problems.

I recently had my car serviced here after my car was towed there after it broke down on my way to work. At first I was apprehensive because I had never been there and my car was in obvious need of repairs since it had broken down, but I immediately felt at ease with how respectful the store manager was towards me and my situation. I never felt as though I was being sold anything other than what my car actually needed. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I was given several options on what I could afford and would make my car run the way that it should. By the time my car was completely fixed, which was in a timely manner, I felt completely confident that I made the right decision in deciding to complete my repairs there and not take it to other places that I’ve gone to in be past. I will definitely be returning with my future car needs and those of my family’s as well.

I will never come here again. They are too expensive, and tried to tell me I needed tires when I didn’t and definitely didnt fix the problem I came in for. They were quick to tell me everything else I need wrong with my car, and clearly the sound I came in for was STILL there. Tried to get me to spend 1000 in all and talk me into «better» tires. I will definitely take my business else were and not to an overpriced and not honest place like this.
