Chicken was lousy, it was much better years ago now employees must be lazy because food is not fresh and they take forever even thru the drive thru, i dont understand.

I love Popeyes, I’ve always come here with no problems with my orders. Except that this guy that works the drive through always acts weird with me and it’s irritating. He’s always looking at me weird. Really unprofessional.

I WILLNEVERGOBACKTOTHISPOPEYES. I don’t go there often but whenever I do, there’s always one problem or another. From getting my order wrong to bad customer service to bad food to dry chicken. I’m always left dissatisfied. With all of this, I still gave them chances. However, two days ago was the final straw. I walked into this store to redeem the coupon that is on the back of the receipt so I walked up to the register and gave the man standing there my receipt. He looked at it with this nasty look on his face and flipped it back and forth and said, «yeah no. This is not the right code. I don’t know where you got this from but this is not it.» He rudely handed it back to me and I said, «What do you mean? I just took the survey.» And he said that he wouldn’t take it. I told him I’d be back so I went to my car and got my phone in which I had a screenshot of the survey code from online. I showed it to him along with the code I wrote on the receipt and he proceeded to give me an attitude and stutter and say, «oh oh well I don’t know. This must be new because I’ve never seen this code. I don’t know but I guess I’ll redeem it.» I stopped and was shocked. It wasn’t new. He guessed he’d redeem it? Instead of apologizing, he gave even more attitude. I couldn’t believe it so I asked him for my coupon back because I no longer wanted to eat there and he rudely gave it back. I went to my car and then came back to ask for the man’s name. Turns out the rude, unprofessional man at the register was the store manager, Fernando. When I walked back in, he was talking to this older lady in the corner but stopped when I came in. They both walked over to the front with an attitude. Fernando came up and stood there rudely and I proceeded to ask for corporate’s number. The lady was off to his left but still there. When I asked for corporate’s number, Fernando said the number extremely fast and with an attitude so I asked him if he could write it down and the old lady jumped in the conversation and rudely said, «DON’T DOIT!» I was shocked. I asked why and with an extreme attitude she said to me, «No! He won’t write it. You have two hands you can write it if you want it!» I was dumbfounded. I couldn’t believe it and still can’t believe it. I asked her what her name was and who she was and she rudely said, «Rosie! I’m the owner!» I stood in amazement and then walked out of the store. Both the manager AND the owner acted like this? This was not real life. Throughout this whole ordeal, the employees kept looking. What a terrible example to leave for your employees. If the owner acts like this, of course the manager can along with the employees. There DEFINITELY needs to be re-training done at this store along with some monitoring. No customer should ver be treated this way. EVER. Like I stated in the beginning, I WILLNEVERRETURNTOSUCHANUNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DEMEANING, ANDDISCRIMINATORYSTOREEVERAGAIN. BEWARE!

Quick service and good attitudes! This is my first Popeyes experience Chicken is delicious… Much tastier then KFC. Great sides… Mashed potatoes&gravy and red beans&rice. This is going to be one of my favorite fast food stops… Yummers!

Well, your humble drumstick-muncher has been patronizing this Popeyes since the day they opened and has never had a problem. Even at the busiest of times, the counter help is always friendly and double-checks orders right before the total and again when the order’s ready. Any rare mistakes are quickly caught and corrected. That spicy chicken is the star of the show and I actually don’t mind when they inform me that there might be a wait for a fresh batch. It’s never better than right out of the fryer and cooled to eat-with-the-fingers temperature. After that, it’s best to chill any leftover chicken thoroughly and have it straight from the fridge later. Like pizza, there’s just no way to reheat it and recapture that flavor. The sides are just as worthy of the trip, and on occasion I’ve had nothing but red beans and rice with biscuits for dinner, without the chicken. Come November, I’m there a couple weeks before Thanksgiving to order my annual Cajun turkey. The Rialto location has an every-day 13-piece meal deal with 6 biscuits and 2 sides for just a little more than the corporate 8-piece meal. I came here a week ago and I regret it. Food was mediocre. But that not the reason why I will not be coming back or recommend this place at all. My daughter was eating the plain chicken tenders and the food instantly made her throw up. I didnt really like it at all so i didnt finish my meal. Unfortunately for my husband he ate all of our food and his. Within hours he felt sick and stomach hurt so much and then the next day me and my daughter got sick too. Never coming here again.
