Over 30 years insurance experience and a native of the Inland Empire. Dee started her insurance career in 1985 at AEtna Insurance. She is a consumer advocate and enjoys helping people understand the products they have and assisting them with ensuring their assets are protected. In addition to auto, home and life insurance, she has extensive experience in business related insurance products — liability, Commericial auto and Workers Compensation.

We were in the market for Flood Insurance; there were a number of recommended agents I called a few. Dee was so helpful, she went out of her way to answer all our questions. She was knowledgable and aware of all the specialized FEMA requirements. She didn’t try to up sell us on other products. Dee met us at our office after hours to accommodate my schedule. Dee’s customer service is A++, its refreshing to work with someone with those ideals. I would highly recommend her in the future to anyone with insurance needs.

My grandparents just bought me a car and it was up to me to get the insurence which is easier said than done. With my driving record places were either quoting me the price of a car note (like Mercedes Benz car note) or behaving as if they didn’t want to insure me at all. So i found Mrs Dee and after talking with her on the phone i knew she actually wanted to help me. She ended up getting me car insurence at a doable price while also putting my grandparents mind at ease. Definitely someone who i can trust and who my family can trust, i would completely recommend! If anyone uses this app as much as i do and needs to find affordable insurence from someone who actually listens and wants to help, look no further, you’ll be glad you called :)

We needed to add coverage for a new office we were moving into, and she not only obained the quote with-​in a couple hours, she had the policy bound that evening, and we were able to move into our office. Excellent customer service! We were looking for lower automobile and homeowner insurance rates and found Dee Thomas to be very professional, knowledgeable, and a consumer advocate. Dee thoroughly answered all of our questions, and informed us of the pros and cons of different types of coverage. And she asked questions that our last agent did not ask. Dee was able to provide us discounts that we were not aware of, while making sure we got the coverage we need. This actually saved us hundreds of dollars! She is amazing and a blessing. We highly recommend Dee Thomas because she was definitely looking out for our best interest.

Dee Thomas is a true professional and understands everything one needs to know about insurance. I just happened to know Dee for about 2 years now as I am a Mortgage Loan Originator and belong to a professional Networking Organization called BNI. I gave her my current insurance paperwork and of course she found where I was over paying on my existing insurance for both auto and home so it was a quick and easy decsion to swith to Farmer’s Insurance with her. Seriously speaking she saved me over 500 a year in premiums that I had already been spending for years.
