Established in 1988.
Trail Of Tears Lodge & Resort is 500+ acres of private land located in the wilds of southernmost Illinois adjacent to thousands of acres of Shawnee National Forest. Our full service, smoke-free consists of a modern and spacious 6,000 square foot lodge complete with a restaurant, seven sleeping rooms with modern conveniences. Plus we have a 1900’s farmhouse cabin with kitchen, full bath, 2 bedrooms and a front room. And tent camping & limited hookups are available and campground shower. We have monthly events all years long.
