National Tire & Battery NTB

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Excellent, affordable service, and they get your car back to you when they say they will.
Recently I had an oil change and tire rotation, and within a few weeks had developed a slow leak from a tire. I thought they had broken the stem valve, which is common, but when I brought it back to have it looked at it turned out i had picked up a screw in the tire. They wound up plugging it at no charge, and earned themselves a long-​term customer.

I needed to drive back to NJ today, but my back right tire was a little flat. I tried to go to Wal-​Mart, but they were not open when they should have been (at 9), and they offered no help. I took my car across the street to NTB, and they were so helpful and friendly. They removed a nail from my tire and patched it back up and sent us on our way. We made it back to NJ with no issues. Big thanks to Jon for the help.

My wife got a flat near this NTB store (2951 Baltimore Reynoldsburg Rd /​Rt 256) over a month ago and they took great care of her. Since my vehicle was needing new tires also, my wife called Ted back and got a quote for replacing all 4 tires. The price was great and the service really made me feel comfortable that we had made the right choice. There was a small hiccup with billing at the end, but Mike did a fantastic job getting everything cleared up. It literally feels like I just bought a brand new vehicle! Thank you Reynoldsburg NTB! I will definitely be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

I took one of my vehicles in to replace a tire that had a nail in it. They ordered the tire and I returned the next day to have it put on. The tire was $ 215 (special order, 20″ wheel). Mike with NTB called me later that day and told me that the nail hadnt damaged the tire when they pulled it out (not penetrating the inner part). They told me the tire was fine and that I did not owe them for their service. I found them to be very professional and honest. I would highly recommend them as I’ve used them several times in the past.
