Old fashion «Good Guy».
Don’t remember how I found AutoKing, but I’m glad I did. Gene is a gem! Honest and he knows what he’s doing.
As a women, I have no fear of being taken advantage of. He explains everything and his prices are fair.
Had a chance to talk to other customers while I was there, they too sing his praises and have been long-​time customers.
I could go on about how satisfied I am with AutoKing, but suffice it to say that you won’t be disappointed.

Gene is the best. I’m a female and know I can trust him to do only what’s necessary and will not rip me off. He is honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable. He will tell you if he feels that the dealership wd be a better option. The dealer quoted me one price, I called Gene, he said «that’s a good deal» and told me to go with the dealership. Gene replaced my condenser. The dealership wanted about $ 1,000, Gene did it for around $ 375 (I don’t remember exactly) but I saved big time. The dealer said the labor wd take 3 hours, Gene did it in one. The dealership wanted to charge me $ 600 for the part, when on line and found it for $ 100+?. Gene quoted me the price and when he found out he overestimated the amount of freon I needed, he deducted that amount from my bill. Gene also guarantees his work. Couldn’t ask for more. And did I say that Gene is honest!!!
