My husband got me the spa package last year for Christmas, and I just FINALLY got to use it, this past Sunday.
With it being my first time there, I didn’t know what to expect. So, the lady at the front desk told me all about it. She was super nice and super cute. She apologized for what the place looked like because they were doing construction, but it didn’t even look like it at all!
They have a locker for your shoes and brought me to the room to change into shorts and a robe. They have an armoire to hang your clothes, and they have a lockbox for your stuff too, which you can take the key witb you, but I felt so comfortable there, I didn’t use it.
I’ve never been to a steam room, so I was panic-​y in there, but it felt great to sweat everything out. The woman came and gave me a water, and brought me to the next room.
I broke my ankle this year and the woman noticed the scar from it, so she was very gentle throughout the whole process.
I finished with an hour massage with Li, she was AMAZING. And they give you a bottle of wine, who doesn’t love that?!? I would go again, the experience was awesome! Maybe I’ll take my husband next time.

I have been coming there since you opened, and Iv’e got to say it’s been near perfect every time. I’m always glad I chose to go there again, I think I must have been there at least 50+ times and it is always great! I feel wonderful for three or four days after, and you can’t put a price tag on that! Thank you.

I went for the second time today, just to see if my first visit was for real, because it was amazing! Today’s session, even better! Mostly because I was more relaxed and knew what to expect. This is my new monthly routine. If they offered a package for use of the steam room and dry sauna, I would be there every day! Thank you for the great massage. I like the process from start to finish. Steam. scrub, dry, massage. For all of that the price is wonderful! Just like last time, My back and shoulder feel great and my sciatica (?) is gone for the time being. I can’t give a higher recommendation. Can’t wait for the facial spa treatments!

Little did I know, my 1hr massage came with a full spa treatment. At first I wasn’t even interested in the steam room, but after I got in, I already started feeling looser! I’ve got to build one of these in my house!
I came in with very bad shoulder pain. After my masseuse gave me an unrushed ~75 MINUTE massage (Again, I paid for a 1hr), I woke up the next day (today) with the shoulder pain completely gone.
My wife felt that $ 100 was a little steep — but I feel that for this full royalty treatment, the pricing is quite appropriate — not too high, not too low. But I wish I had the money to go every month!
I am going to return as often as my wallet will allow!

Had a great time with a friend enjoying the availability and kindness of all people working there… Started with a great hot tub time, gentle almond oil scrub and drying sauna… Then the top of the top therapeutic 60-​minute massage!!! My back is still thankful for that and I had a really relaxing time and toik care of my body for a very reasonable price.

They advertise not rushed, but it definitely felt rushed to me, however it’s still a skilled massage so it’s hard to complain.

I used to frequent this place when I last lived in Boston. That was 2008, I have looked
here in Los Angeles but have yet to find anything that compares. A visit to the holistic
spa is high on the list of the things I am going to do during my short visit. Can’t wait!

I had 10K run my whole body was paining a lot. I was looking for massage and I started looking for. I called few of them but could not get the appointment and since I was looking for clean & relaxing ambiance. I came across Holistic Spa and I called them too & I detailed her about situation. Although they were going with tight schedule the very kind receptionist got agree and asked me to come down. It was far but I managed to reach there. After looking at ambiance I was very much impressed and travelling that long did worth it. With such an amazing package of Steam bath, Shauna & then Massage made my day. The staff at this SPA were extremely kind and friendly. The receptionist will guide you to the room and introduces with masseuse then she takes over from there in guiding every places.
The masseuse was very much skilled and professional and she asked for the specific pain areas and then she just used her magical skill and at the end of massage I was feeling my pain were 98% gone, infact it was so relaxing that I fell sleep too.
Although I have taken massages earlier too but I really had a amazing relaxing experience. Receptionist always takes the feedback
I am visiting soon & I have already recommended few other friends who are planning to visit in coming weeks & I will be visiting soon.
I would highly recommend to have the experience of Holistic spa and I am sure you will love it & visit again and again.

This place felt a little weird at first, you have to ring a buzzer to have the door opened. I think most of the clientele is male which had me a little worried.
I had a steam, body scrub then an amazing deep tissue Thai style massage. I really enjoyed it!

I had a wonderful experience here today. I opted for their $ 100 session which consisted of a eucalyptus steam, body scrub, a sauna, and a one hour massage. All of it was so soothing and very therapeutic. The massage was so incredibly relaxing and really helped my muscles unwind. I have chronic shoulder pain and this experience really relieved the constant stiffness. I will return in the future and highly recommend this place.

My husband and i wanted a spa day but just couldnt find anything that was reasonable. Until he came across this place when we pulled up we didnt know what to expect…“the outside dont reflect how gorgeous the inside is”. this was our first time getting this type of massage n we love it. Highly recommend this place for couples for a nice relaxing day for good price. Not to mention great customer service.

Super convenient massage… I was able to call in and get an appointment same day. Eucalyptus steam room felt amazing, particularly after all the freezing cold temps outside. The body scrub was ok, I could either take it or leave it – reminiscent of a Turkish bath. The dry sauna was brief, but I spent enough time in the steam room and was ready for my massage. And then the one hour massage was excellent.
Only thing that was a little weird is that there were no questions asked regarding problem areas/​specific muscles that are especially sore or need extra work. But it was a thorough full body message regardless! I would recommend and I will be back.

My spouse and I went for the standard spa package: eucalyptus steam room, body scrub, sauna, and massage. This wonderful suite of services is described in detail by other commenters. I would highlight that we both love nordic spas (steam/​saunas/​hot tub) and massage and we have experienced many similar offerings all over the country and internationally. Holistic spa definitely has a great service. They know what they’re doing. They make everything comfortable and easy, and they pamper you every step of the way. It doesn’t feel rushed, but they definitely keep it moving along. In a way, it is like going through a car wash on the conveyor belt. But I mean that in the best possible way. We came out the other end feeling relaxed and revitalized.
The environment is clean, with soft lighting, soothing music, and pleasing décor.
If you have special instructions, or if you are modest, tell the receptionist who speaks fluent English. Our massage therapists were delightful and helpful but I didn’t always understand what they were telling me and vice versa.
We will be returning soon and frequently. It was an excellent deal and a mini vacation.

After living in Korea for one year being stationed there while serving in the Air Force I always missed and thought about the wonderful and amazing Korean bath houses… I remember being in this communal area with lots of naked women and children washing and scrubbing under faucets that lined the big room… I would get on one of the tables in the center of the showering area… I was told to disrobe and to get on the table… this is when the fun began… Lol old agima was scrubbing me down and dumping big bowls of hot water all over me!!! Wasssss sooooooooo amazing… in between there were showers, jacuzzis, massages etc…
This spa completely brought me back to Korea where they are there to please you and satisfy you with the utmost respect… They are happy to see you… Polite… The spa was white glove ready! Smelled fresh and clean. Everyone I saw greeted me with a happy and genuine smile and ready to lend a hand if needed… the receptionist brought to a room to get undressed… Included a box with a key to put your valuables… I was given a terry wrap to cover the top of me and disposable shorts to wear and a big oversized nice white bathrobe… smelled laundry fresh. Oh and crocs… so no need to bring anything but urself. After changing I was greeted by my therapist who guided me to the fantastic eucalyptus steam bath to sit as long as I wanted. No rush… They stressed that, which was nice… I stayed about 15 minutes or so… What a treat… I was again greeted by my therapist who brought me to a shower room with a bed in it with a big 4 foot tall bucket of hot water with a bowl in it… She grabbed the shower head and said she would make the bed warm for me… She turned to me and helped me off with my robe… at this point all inhibitions are thrown out the window… just take it all off and get up on that table face down and enjoy!!! She started by showering me down and taking buckets of water and throwing it all over my body! A M A Z I N G!!! And then she gave me a full head to toe body scrub! Then rinsed me off with the buckets of nice hot water! She left me to shower and rinse off alone (she didn’t speak much English) she instructed me to wash my hair and my private areas, which I found funny… They provide shampoo, conditioned, body soap, etc… once I was finished in there she waited outside t o help me on with my robe… After we were done we went to the dry sauna area… Stayed about 10 to 15 minutes… Then I was escorted to the room I originally changed in… This massage I got complete with back walking was hands down the best massage EVER,!!! Absolutely amazing! After we were done she gave me a bottle of wine to take home… And also a bottle of water. I gave her a $ 20 tip and she left. When I was done I was guided out.
From the outside it is nothing to look at, but this is why it is a hidden gem! You go in and are just taken away with the cleanliness & attentiveness at this spa… you feel like ur a million miles away!
Absolutely worth the $ 100 for almost 2 hours of pure unadulterated relaxation… just leave your shy girl panties at the door… Just remember even if you live in the same town as your therapist it’s unlikely that you will bump into each other. Have fun and enjoy… Im thinking about trying the couples suite on the next visit…
Definitely going to be without a doubt a once a month trip! I live in Taunton, which is about an hour away… so that right there should tell you that is worth the trip, the gas, the $ 100… The $ 20 tip… Etc. Alllllll so worth every second and every penny!!!

Absolutely LOVE IT! My Husband and I had an amazing experience at the Holistic Spa. The staff was very professional and friendly. I Recommended it 100%! Great for couples. The place its well decorate and very clean facilities. A bottle of wine to take home as a gift! Over all a fantastic experience. Let me tell you that we are Looking forward for our next session!

So originally from new york now in Everett i did some research and found this awesome spot. For $ 100 you get a steam bath, followed by a body scrub, then sauna and finish with a one-​hour massage and a bottle of wine! May was great definitley recommend her if you go :)

Noticed my calves were super dry and flaky, my wife told me I needed a body scrub. Unilocal’ed up «body scrub» and found this place at top of the list. Turns out it’s a well-​deserved top of the list. For $ 100 you get a steam bath, followed by a body scrub, then sauna and finish with a one-​hour massage.
The place is just off the main road, I missed it twice but when I finally found it they had easy parking out front. It’s upstairs in a two-​story cinder block building and they have to buzz you in. The reception area is huge, clean and comfortable. Receptionist leads you to your massage room where you are given shorts and a lockbox for your valuables. You come out, meet your masseuse who escorts you to the steam room. The room is clean and super steamy – warmer than I usually like, but it was great.
When you are ready you step out and your masseuse escorts you to the scrub room – basically a very oversized shower room. There is a vinyl table with a towel-​coated pillow you lay face down and the masseuse tosses a few pints of warm water on you. Then she starts scrubbing you with soap and an Asian scrubbing towel. Starts at the feet and ends at your neck and while it was a first it was a great, nurturing feeling. Don’t be embarrassed, just enjoy it.
Afterwards she invites you to the dry sauna while she prepares the massage room. Again hotter than I usually take it but it was very good.
The massage starts with acupressure using both palms and occasional elbow. You’re already super-​relaxed from the first three treatments so you may doze as I did. But then the masseuse climbed up on the table and began to walk all over me. Another first, but it (and she) was brilliant. She walked from shoulders to calves and it was a revelation – and she does wonders with her toes too. After the foot walking she switched to a traditional and soothing Swedish massage for upper back. Shoulders and chest. Every part of the massage was out-​of-​this-​world good. I usually tip 20% but I moved to 30% for the amount of tough physical labor she put in and the amazingly blissful feeling I was enjoying. Definitely recommend and even though I hate driving I will return.

What a hidden gem! I’ve past this spa on a few occasions in route to the grocery store literally around the corner and I must say of it weren’t for Unilocal I probably would’ve continued to drive on by.
I found this place because I was in search of somewhere that had a steam and/​or sauna and luckily for me due to my extensive research here this magnificent place called me into it. I’m a new mom and I was in desperate need of some alone time to regain some of my sanity, and whether your a new or seasoned mom I’m sure you understand where I’m coming from. So there I called the same day as I found it and just as previous reviewers expressed I had no problems gaining a last minute appointment for 9pm. I arrived early because I know the standards from spa to spa are pretty much the same you have to fill out some sort of paper work. The woman at the counter was very pleasant and patient with me as she explained to me what was going to happen. As we proceeded to the room where I would be keeping my belongings she told me about the complimentary wine to take home after my session (nice touch) and how to store my valuables in the lock box hidden in the closet. As I got changed into my robe to head into the sauna I couldn’t help but be excited because already things we’re going great.
The woman from the front desk grabbed me some water and guided me to the steam room that was fragrant with smells of eucalyptus anf probably mint. She told me to take my time as it would not interfere with my massage time. So there I sat sweating all the negative crap I may have been feeling pre spa day and immersing myself in total relaxation. After 15minutes I began to get to hot and decided it was time to move onto the next part which was the body scrub! And let me tell you man it was amazing. My mind kept travelling back into Roman times where this was just apart of their living. I felt like a queen and I even almost felt guilty about enjoying this all to myself (that quickly passed). As she scrubbed me down like clothes being washed on a washboard (which I didn’t mind) I had no clue where in the world I was supposed to put my hands so my therapist could tell I was new there. Haha it was pretty funny.
Last but certainly not least the massage! My therapist was May which is totally appropriate seeing I was born in may was amazing. She found spots on my body that I had no realization even were sore. She was kindof like an acrobat in the way she rubbed and pulsed and pushed on every part of my badly beaten body. It was by far the most mind blowing, relaxing, unforgettable experience I’ve ever had at a spa and I will definitely be a loyal customer to them as long ad they stay in business!
