My pit stop before boarding the plane as my original flight plans had to change & breakfast wasn’t an option. After I got through Security, they were a few choices of Fast Food, I opted here due to the name of the eatery… how can you lose with the word«Fresh». The menu offers a basic selection of Stir Fry’s, Rice Bowls, Sandwiches, Soups & Salads of course. Nice effort to see they offered Tofu as one of their Proteins. Smoothies, Bakery Snacks & Desserts had a great offering as well. As much as I wanted a Veggie Stir Fry, I was being considerate of my fellow passengers & with a short flight, I didn’t want to cause a ‘stir’ with the aroma, so I opted for a Salad. I ordered the Farmer’s Market that came with a huge portion of romaine, carrots, red onions, tomatoes, edamame, cucumbers, aged cheddar cheese and Market Ranch dressing. I stated to make the salad vegan due to the cheese & dressing. 1st effort, we got the dressing right, yet not the cheese… no problem, the cashier apologize & had another one quickly made. I grabbed a big bottle of water & my meal was under $ 10& I was ready to board my flight. Once I got situated in my seat, I opened my salad & dug in… a fresh tasting & plentiful salad. The edamame & peppers were on point & really made the salad even tastier. I couldn’t finish it all, so I saved it for later… later was 2 hours at another spot & I was able to enjoy a small entrée & the rest of my salad. If you’re boarding at Gates A 20& up, this is a convenient place on the corner before heading down to the gates. stop on your left. I’ll try the Stir Fry next time as a comparison, to see if they are still 4 star worthy. Cheap, fresh & fast food with good customer service.

Please trust me — go ANYWHERE else to eat in this terminal. They had a long line so I thought I would give it a try. UGH. Wrong choice! My food was a mixture of hot and cold and it should have all been hot. The flavor’s… I have no words for. Also, the staff seemed to be a mix of not paying attention and then only one female really doing it all and staying on top of her game. After I gave it a good try of attempting to eat several bites, I finally gave up and threw it away.(Went for a slice and was happier) I’m not even sure what I could suggest to this place to make improvements.

Pros: Fast service. Lots of good options for smoothies and add-ons such as protein. Cons: Their market fresh burrito was dripping. Not a very convenient eat for on-the-go travelers. Would probably not get this next time.

Pictures of menu items look good but delivered product is different. Ordered a Greek salad and it was freshly made but watery. Wet lettuce, bland cubed tomatoes, gummy cheese cubes. Save your time and go elsewhere

Last resort only. Mandarin sesame chicken wrap was not very good. No sesame ginger dressing that I could locate. Dry tasteless chicken. They do have a good selection of Kind bars.

Service is terrible. At 12:30pm on a Monday — peak lunch hour — I waited for 10 minutes in a line in front of the register and no on bothered take our order… or even greet us. There were three employees making the wraps and salads out back for the customers who had already ordered, and none of them thought it would be a good idea to man the register. Unfortunately, despite the negative reviews, this looked like the healthiest place to eat in the terminal and they had a pretty solid menu. Sadly, in order to catch my flight, I had to get a slice of pizza at Sbarro. Sorry guys — you missed out on my business, and the business of the other 5 – 7 people who were in line after me and had the common sense to leave before I did. Maybe you should try hiring an extra staff member or two?

Do not go if you’re in a hurry. We stopped before catching a flight back to Chicago and waited more than 25 minutes for a wrap and a salad. Other guests had been waiting for more than 25 minutes because they were still there when we left. Despite all the order delays; however, the food was amazing. For a fast casual dining restaurant in an airport, the food was very very good. I hope they got all the kinks worked out so diners can get a better experience. If only time wasn’t a factor and it wasn’t in the airport, my review would be higher, but since Unilocalers who are looking for a place to eat right before a flight, my review is 3 stars. With a long layover, definitely give this place a try!

The food and service were okay. I only realized in submitting expenses that I was charged 3.29 for«1 coffee add $ guacamole». Trust me, I did not get guacamole in my Java but am now intrigued.

It was ok. A little pricey, but hey, we are at an airport. Not sure I got everythig I was supposed to get in my rice bowl, but the person that took my order was new, so she probably messed up my order. Train your employees better before they go primetime.

I realize now that I should have read the reviews before going to this place. Just as other reviewers have said, the service was less that acceptable. Now granted I have never really worked in the food industry I have worked in other places where service was key. This location is like trying to fit a skeleton key into a new fangled digital lock… It just doesn’t work. All I ordered was a smoothie, and there were three orders ahead of me. There were four people that looked like they were working behind the counter, so really that should be one person per order, right? Wrong. There was one guy(slowly and very meticulously) making the food. One girl finally came up from the back to start helping out, and she kept staring at the menu in what I can only assume was an attempt to figure out what was to go in my shake. When she was finished with the smoothie she put it on the counter and never called my order. After a good solid minute I finally went up to the counter and asked if the drink sitting there was mine. As for the smoothie itself, I could make a nicer smoothie than that in my $ 20 Hamilton Beach blender at home. There were big chunks of fruit that kept getting stuck in the straw and the ice wasn’t completely crushed. Perhaps this is all just a personal preference thing, but I didn’t think it was that great.

This place is the WORST in airport dining. Staff seemed under trained. The woman at the register had no clue what was going on and was very vocal in telling everyone she had been«pulled» to work there because they were busy… I should have known when people started returning their orders to turn around but I didn’t think I had time to go stand in another line. I did though because the service was unbelievably slow and staff had no idea what they were doing.

Fresh City does breakfast wraps and sandwiches here. It’s good, and you certainly beat the lines waiting for Dunkin or Starbucks.

Yikes. Everything that could be wrong with a food establishment was wrong with this place. The lady at the register didn’t even put in one of our items(2 salads instead of 3) and the preperation was so abysmally sllllloooooow. And by the time we finally got 2⁄3 of our order I found out that they had used that crappy pre-shredded mozerella cheese in my Greek instead of feta. Okay. I work in the food service industry and if I hadn’t been in such a rush for my flight after wasting so much time here, I would have been extremely embarrassed on their behalf. Avoid at all costs.

I really enjoyed my mandarin sesame chicken. It was a great snack. I asked for an extra cup of dressing which enhanced the flavor for me. The staff was nice in giving the cup and a cup of water with a lid. :) This place is good for airplane food.

Who in their right mind puts out complimentary hot sauce with cinnamon sugar pita chips? Someone who apparently doesn’t have taste buds that’s who. And the Thai Rice Bowl with marinated steak in lime juice, hot sauce, chili, and veggies over Mexican rice was equally strange. And just because you dump peanuts over something doesn’t make it Thai Food. Skip Fresh City… it’s anything but Fresh… it’s plain funky.

I am sitting at the dining area, still feeling the glare from the lady working in the kitchen. Food was ok, what’s uncomfortable is the attitude the kitchen lady threw. The place is supposed to open at 5:00 am. I was at the counter at about 5:05 and asked if they were open. The kitchen lady gave me a look and said ’ Don’t you see the light is not on?’ I asked when they are going to open since the sign said it’s 5:00 am. I wanted to have s cup of soup ehich turned out to be unavailable until 9:00 am. She answered abruptly ’ I don’t know, I don’t have a cashier’ followed by another being-bothered look. Would have give a 3 star rating as the cashier was very nice and polite. This kind of employee behaviors set your business back no matter what you have on the menu.

I would not recommend this place. The wait was especially long as the cashier called up a previous customer after realizing she charged him the wrong amount — on credit card(how is that even possible?). When my turn came, I started to place my order. They were«out» of multiple items, so that either I couldn’t order them at all or so that dishes I could order were incomplete(I was still charged full price for the incomplete dishes). Service was quick: the one saving grace is that nothing at Fresh City is fresh at all, so they can toss together prepackaged food in not much time. When I received my food, I saw that it was incorrect. I made one very specific request, which the cashier had said was possible, and the request was entirely ignored. When I brought the food up to her, she didn’t seem entirely surprised that something was wrong, took back the food, and went into the kitchen to fix it.(She was pleasant about the situation.) I did feel bad when I saw that the 8 – 10 customers waiting to place their order were now stuck in a line that was no longer moving at all because the cashier had quite literally left to go re-prepare the food herself, leaving nobody at the counter. My expectations weren’t very high by this point, but I was nevertheless disappointed by the food, which was awful. Needless to say, it was nothing resembling fresh. While the options in Logan airport are limited, if you do need food there, try someplace else.

After being in line and asking the cashier the different options for burritos, I finally made a decision and ordered something. Then, she tells me they don’t have it. I, then chose my second choice on the burrito section, she tells me they don’t have it. It wasn’t until after, she finally says that they didn’t have any burritos at that time. Couldn’t have mentioned it earlier? I just got the Sedona chicken sandwhich. It came with chicken, guacamole, cheddar, aioli, lettuce, and tomato. The chicken was a bit dry and was barely able to taste the cheddar.

This place is terrible. Ordered a grande burrito which does not have meat in it. They asked me if I wanted meat I said no I’m a vegetarian. Got my burrito got on plane took a bite right into chicken. Maybe where they are from chicken is considered vegetarian but I ended up starving on my flight and wasted money. Whatever flavor I did taste was very bland just buttery rice. Avoid this place if at all possible.

The Burrito Grande was quite tasteless even with the spicy rice and cheese in it. The Tortilla was pasty and chewy in the mouth. I ordered some guacamole on the side hoping it would change something but I couldn’t rescue the darn thing.
