I can’t express how comfortable I felt in bringing my car for auto body repairs here. Joe was extremely personable and accommodating (he even got my puppy water while the rental car was on its way). The customer service and hospitality I have already received made me feel 100% confident in my choice to bring my car there. I live in Quincy, so I went based on a strong referral. I’m writing this post before I pick my car up (it’s due in 1 – 2 weeks) but I already know I chose the right place. As their slogan says… «Anyplace else would be an accident!». Clever!

Recently, I was the unfortunate victim of a hit-​and-​run, luckily I knew I could rely on the staff at Collision Headquarters to make sure me and my car were taken care of. The staff goes above and beyond making sure all odds and ends are taken care of and ensure that you deal with as minimal inconveniences as you need to. Just like my last experience, the process was smooth, they had a rental waiting to go and they dealt directly with my insurance company. My car was fixed and completed within a reasonable time frame and looks and drives amazing. I can’t say enough about this place, I would recommend to anyone that has auto body needs.
As far as ‘Unknown U’ goes, I appreciate your bad experience but you referenced an article that focused solely on actions of a rouge employee which was not related to your experience. To rebut your mention of the BBB, this is directly from the BBB website:

Just because a business is not accredited does not mean they are criminals.
I stand behind small businesses. I believe that small businesses are the way to go, I also respect your right to an opinion however your review was partial based off an article you clearly didn’t read or understand.

In response to Batrice b. my experience with their business was based on the business itself and the employees. The manager, the owner, and the work done to my car. The work done to my car was reevaluated by two other establishments whom said the work was not done correctly. The paint should not have been bubbley. The door that was impacted from the accident, should not have been «banged out.» The door has gone to rust because of that. They cut the strip on the window and superglued it back on. The quality of work was not only horrendous, but also the staff. They had me going at first, thinking the same thing you did, calling the insurance and such, but the workmanship and them NOT being accredited by the BBB only causes more suspicion.
