The Academy of Christian Education

We are proud parents of two girls. My older daughter attended the Academy of Christian Education for 5 years and finished well in 4^th grade. ACE has an accelerated curriculum, very loving teachers, staff, and administration. They gave her a strong academic foundation along with strong biblical values. Because of this foundation, she is now excelling in all her honors classes in public school. My younger daughter who started in preschool at ACE is now in third grade. She enjoys all her specialty classes, for example: Computer, Spanish, PE, Art and Music. When you walk in to ACE you feel that you are in the right place. The facility is clean, the classrooms are well organized and the teachers are very caring. In Northern Virginia I can assure you that you will not find another school like ACE. I am truly blessed to call ACE home!

Our elder daughter started JK at ACE. We made that decision based on three factors: ACE is well known in providing well-​around education with emphasis on academic; our best friend sent her child here and recommended to us; my daughter loved this school after we had a tour. It turns out that this is one of the best decisions that we have ever made. All ACE staff are very professional and caring. They all have good natural aptitudes to kids. My elder daughter has been enjoying all her school time in JK, SK, G1, Camps and Clubs, and has been making great progress on reading, math, penmanship, and etc. Our younger daughter is one year and a half now. We can’t wait for her to join ACE. However, she has to wait for one more year due to the minimum age requirement. That’s the only thing we don’t like ACE.

ACE is truely a hidden gem! We have 2 kids (pre-​k and 3^rd grade) that attend. The teachers are warm and genuinely caring. The school curriculum is accelerated for every grade level compared to public. We are so happy to have found ACE for our kids! We would highly recommend.

5 star teachers. 5 star education. If you’re reading this review, then you have been fortunate enough to hear about ACE or just lucky to stumble upon this hidden gem in Reston. Either way, don’t walk but run to ACE and take a look at the wonderful facility and environment the staff works so hard to provide. We toured dozens of schools in the area (including the DC private schools– yes we did the psychology tests for 3 year olds and McLean private preschools) and we unanimously chose ACE by a landslide. We even tried the Montessori education for one year. For us that experience was a huge mistake. We learned from it and moved on to ACE. We could not be happier with our decision. As first time parents, the pressure to choose the right school for our child and family was a big deal. But from the moment we stepped foot into ACE, we were greeted with such a genuine warmness our decision was almost instant. Sure we toured a fancy, high tech facility, but we felt more like a number or a tuition payment versus nervous first time parents. The staff at ACE made us feel so welcomed that we never left. The classrooms all have smart boards and the students have computer class and technology instruction. ACE is so much more than academics though. The teachers emphasize good manners and citizenship. Children learn how to be good friends to one another. The children truly learn how to grow together. Our child matured so much right before our eyes. We know one of the biggest influences in her life is ACE. The values of respect and love are the same values we model at home. Sure our daughter was learning blends and the 5 vowels and knew how to write her name neatly by the end of the 3 year old program. But more importantly, she learned the value of saying «God bless you» when someone sneezes and the value of helping her friends, the value of sharing. You cannot put a price on these priceless lessons, but the value of this school is a steal compared to the return on your investment. We’d chose ACE again and again and hope that you do too!
