Meet the Business Owner
Soheila R.
Business Owner
Currently, I am Section Chief of Ophthalmology at Reston Hospital Center, and associate professor at George Washington University. I see patients at my private practice in Reston, and at Capital Eye Consultants in Fairfax. I graduated from the Howard University School of Medicine in Washington DC, where I was chief resident of ophthalmology, and completed my training for ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Maryland. I am certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology (FAAO), and a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (FAACS).
I have performed many, many eyelid surgeries, cosmetic as well as medically necessary ones. This includes upper blepharoplasties to improve peripheral vision issues, and rejuvenate the area for a refreshed and rested appearance – to correcting eyelid anomalies and repairing orbital bone fractures and tissue damage from trauma.
