Reston, VA
Have visited this business for many years and observed several managers and owners. Some good, some not so good. I have recently been introduced to the new owners and managers and I have to say the new change has been great. They are all much more friendly and accommodating. Even the employees seem happier. We were coming here because, honestly, it was convenient. Now, we are coming because the experience is enjoyable and a little disappointed to leave at the end of our service.
They have 2 new skin care specialist who really seem to know what they are doing and talking about. They were offering 20 percent off a vitamin c treatment, so can’t wait to get that!
