History

Established in 2014.

Dr. Christine M. Kim, born and raised in the Northern Virginia area, always knew she wanted to be in the health profession. Upon graduation from the University of Virginia with a full athletic tennis scholarship, Dr. Kim followed in the footsteps of her father by attending MCV’s School of Dentistry. After graduating Magna Cum Laude at the top of her dental school class, Christine pursued orthodontics and moved to Denver, where she attended a post-​doctoral specialty program at the University of Colorado, School of Dental Medicine in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.

Dr. Kim is a certified orthodontic specialist; currently President of the Korean American Dental Association; and maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, the Northern Virginia Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Northern Virginia Orthodontic Study Club, and LVI Study Club.

Dr. Christine Kim is happy to live close-​by the Reston corridor. Dr. Kim enjoys serving in the community and surrounding areas where she grew up. In her free time, Christine loves spending time with family and friends, and enjoys doing numerous outdoor activities such as running, hiking, and playing tennis.

Dr. Kim is also a former Division I Collegiate Athlete, and received a prestigious full scholarship and education at the University of Virginia. She strives to stay engaged in local sports related sponsorships, and oral health education!
