Thankful for my State Farm agent for being available and helpful when in need of roadside assistance

I’ve been with State Farm for the shorter part of a year, and I have nothing but good things to say.
Anytime I have a question or need to make an adjustment to my policy, everyone in the office is very helpful and very quick to take care of me. I’ve been helped by everyone in the office, everyone is very professional, very happy, and very willing to help you to the best of their ability.
One time, I was adding a car to my policy and if I remember correctly… Greg was continuing to help me over the phone well after their office had closed. Not once during the whole experience did I feel like he was rushing me, or annoyed by all my questions. If anything, he made sure the process was as thorough and explained every detail to me like he had all the time in the world.
