Buffalo Wing Factory & Pub

Sorry but this location is terrible. The buffalo wings (mild) are just way too salty with little to no buffalo taste. Here’s the thing, the wings are teeny, not tiny.TEENY.
I took them home and couldn’t believe how small, I mean teeny they were. I paid close to 12 dollars for these little things. I don’t even like big wings because of the crispy skin/​meat ratio… but I couldn’t believe how small these were. You’re better off getting wings from a pizza place. Speaking of pizza… another reviewer nailed it. It’s not a bar, or restaurant, it feels like the adjacent Ledo’s Pizza with TV’s. (and im sure Ledo’s wings are better).
I posted a picture showing a tablespoon and those small condiment containers next to those little things.

Best place to come if you want to eat wings and watch football. Service is great, but the food takes a little too long to come out. Definitely give the BWF a try!

Horrible customer service. Employee repeated the order back to me wrong. Told me 15 – 20 minutes. Got there at 5:30 and didn’t receive my order until 5:45. Inside, he again repeated the wrong order and I had to ask for him to check on the food. Food was luke warm. Bites were not crispy and sauce wasn’t flavorful. Shocked the Mac & cheese was kraft. Will never go back.

Food is great, service not so much. More importantly the cashier who was handling my food went into the bathroom while I was in there and didn’t bother to WASH THEIR HANDS!

Great place to come for Sunday football. Good atmosphere, TVs are leveled with the games they will be showing, and $ 2 domestic drafts. Only thing I miss is 29cent Monday wings. $ 1.13 each it starting to creep up there. Flavors are hard to beat though; much better than Buffalo Wild Wings.

I’ve been coming here for years for wing night. Price used to be below 20 $ and now its about that much for drinks wings fries and sauces (all unlimited) I figure its still worth it. I’ve had a few whack experiences here but who doesn’t when they go to a restaurant frequently. The food usually never fails to satisfy my everlasting need for wings. The cleanliness is about a 6.8÷10. Doesn’t usually bother me as its usually a lot cleaner on less busy nights. I would recommend

We usually hit up the Buffalo Wing Factory in Chantilly for 60-​cent wing night and some Monday night football. However, it’s a pain for two friends of ours to get to since they’re coming from Loudoun.
About two weeks ago we decided to give the one in Reston a shot since it was easier for our group to get to.
The first thing we noticed is that it didn’t really feel like a sports bar. Sure, they had TVs, but they were all turned down and the music was turned up. There were some random arcade style games in the corner, and the place seemed empty.
After the last of our group arrived, it took almost half a hour to place our food order, than another 45 minutes for it to arrive at our table (in contrast, Chantilly usually gets our food out in 20 minutes even with a packed house).
One of our friends had accidentally ordered the wrong style of wings, and let the waitress know this. She asked for the style she actually wanted and the waitress took the other wings away. A few minutes later she brings back the new wings and they had clearly taken the old wings and just tossed them in a new sauce.
All in all — it wasn’t a good experience and we’ve since moved our usual Monday Night gathering back to the guys over in Chantilly.

My first visit wasn’t the greatest. But, based on my Unilocal review myself and a guest were invited back to give it another try. Total 360, and we even had the same waitress. Maybe we caught them on a bad night the first time.
The food is really good, better than their competitors in my humble opinion.
It’s a small place, with a family atmosphere and also has a pretty good beer selection.
And now, that the service matches the food we will be coming back often! We live nearby (just moved here) and needed a place close to home to enjoy out.

I can walk here, so I really wanted to love this place and make it my go-​to bar around the corner, but I don’t think I can. The beer selection is okay, I wasn’t expecting much so it was totally fine (there is a local beer that is $ 4 all the time). The atmosphere here isn’t bar, or restaurant, it’s closer to Ledos with beer. I was hoping for more of a sports bar, but not the case here unfortunately.
If I’m going to sit down at a restaurant, even a casual one, I’d love to be able to order a burger medium rare, or something other than well done. If there is table/​bar service, I believe you should be able to get a medium rare burger, otherwise I would’ve just gone to Five Guys or something. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my burger cooked, it just came out well done, when I asked the bartender he said that’s just how they do it, meh. I’m not sure if this was a mistake by the bartender, or if the restaurant just doesn’t do that? Anyway, I was a little confused. The wings are pretty good, but very little options otherwise. If you want some wings and a quick beer, live close, and don’t want to stay for a while, this is a decent place, but not for much else.

I came for the first official NFL Sunday of the year with 2 of my friends to watch all the games. (We’re big into fantasy football and wanted the advantage of watching every game) we sat at the bar and they had an amazing idea to just stick 2 Redskins games and the Jets and the Browns game and told us if we wanted to watch the packers game we would have to close out the bar and take a table and start a new tab. Second of all were balling on a budget lol so immediately we were unattracted to the idea of spending more money. Along side from the game we ordered food I got the buffalo chicken wrap and curly fries friend 1 got chicken dip and friend 2 got nachos. Literally all of us are feeling sick the food was so nasty Im pretty confident I’ll never return. I don’t recommend this place to anyone plus our bartender was a b to the I to the t to the c to the h!!! Dre out one love

Every time I come here my food is hot made correctly and amazing! Love it! And I love their signature margaritas! Every bartender is super nice! I just love this place!

Pretty good wings, OK beer selection. Definitely an option if you are looking to grab some food and drinks with some friends and watch the game, but nothing to go crazy over here.
Wings were pretty good, a decent number of sauces to be tossed in, some of them were a little over cooked or chewy, but hey it happens. Would like to see some more beer choices or better deals for beer. It looked like there’s other stuff available that is pretty good, not just wings but I can’t say how it tastes from experience.
The place is kept pretty clean, despite being busy and a sports bar, and on game day it gets super crowded, so get there a little early. Service is pretty standard, but again nothing that sets it apart from any other place.

Never left a review on any restaurant before, but I went to Buffalo Wing Factory last night and had the best experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had.
My girlfriend and I had just moved to the area and we were tired and hungry from unpacking. We heard about this place from our leasing agent and gave it a shot. Our waiter, John, was INCREDIBLY nice and even went as far as telling the manger that we were new to the area. The manager then came over to welcome us and ended up giving us the choice of a free dessert or 10 wings on our next visit. We already had all we could eat so we took the coupon.
On top of the excellent service, the wings may have been the best I’ve ever had. It was all you can eat and I stuffed myself silly. Absolutely delicious. Everything was on point from the Mr. Pibb to the fries, to the honey mustard. My girlfriend and I could not have been more blown away by how great everything was. We went home with full bellies, an awesome coupon for next visit, 2 cool koozies, and a great first time experience in NOVA.

So, they have chicken wings and bites. Bites are their boneless «wings».
I will start by saying that this place ain’t cheap at about $ 1 per wing/​bite. I knew that coming in. I had the 10 bites with the hot buffalo sauce.
The good:
Tasty and spicy (what you would expect from a ‘hot’ designation)
The bad:
5 of the 10 bites were tiny. When you consider that for then price of the order I could’ve bought 2 whole rotisserie chickens at costco, 5 tiny bites at $ 1 each is unreasonable. The other 5 bites had a nice reasonable size. I wish I had taken a photo to show the difference (will definitely do the next time). Lets just say that the tiny bites were about ½ the size of the regular ones. I know it’s inevitable to have different ‘bite’ sizes, but when you’re charging $ 1 a piece the least you can do is make 2 tiny bites count for a regular size one.
To sum it up, I like the product but disappointed with what you get for your money. I think is an easy fix if they’re not greedy.
Will probably give this place another try before I write them off my list completely. So many other options available.

Been there for the first time, had a pretty good time however apart from the wings the rest of the food was not good at all and certainly not worth the price we ended up paying. I’d say that’s good place for beer and wings at the bar, not suited for a higher expectation especially that it’s closed at 11pm even on a Friday.

I’ve been coming to this location over the last couple of years, and I haven’t had a bad experience so far. The food is always great, and the service is excellent every time. All wing sauces I’ve tried are fantastic so far, and I’m looking forward to trying more.
The best thing about Buffalo Wing Factory is that they’re definitely consistent among all their restaurants. I’ve recently reviewed their Ashburn location, and I continually find that the food and service is the same at all of their locations. That’s fairly rare for other restaurant chains in the area, as they typically fail to remain consistent.

Great wings, great service, and great prices. That’s Buffalo Wing Factory in a nutshell. Our server Megan’s recommendation of the spicy ranch wings was on point, they were delicious. Even with a large group in the restaurant, Megan kept our water glasses filled and our beer cold.

Best wings in town! Love coming here for the sampler platter and beers on Tuesday. The choices for wing flavors you get are awesome. They have a great beer selection for those who are beer lovers.

Okay, it’s been about a year since my last review. I have continued to enjoy the food, beer, and staff at the Buffalo Wing Factory and Pub. The menu has changed but the service is exquisite! David and Heather, the management staff, continue to provide a great experience with the assistance of Paulie, Kenny, Alex, and the other bar and wait staff. Excellent! The menu has changed for the better — plus the bulgogi wings rock! I have to give kudos to the mac and cheese as well — keep it up! Sessions, the house beer, is also a great deal! Four dollars all day/​every day for a beer with a great taste is still an amazing deal — especially in this area;-)
In the last year, this place has been a regular watering hole for sporting events, birthday celebrations, significant events, and your average get together. Thank you for being at the right place for the right reasons. I can only hope I get to provide an even better review next year!
