Sooo it pains me to do this but although the actual dental check up experience went ok, it was the aftermath that warrants this review.
My family and I had been going to the same dentist for many years and because of various reasons we wanted to try a different dentist to see if he/​she would better fit my needs. We tried out Dr Bui. Again, the actual appointment was fine, for me anyways. My sister had an appt the same day my dog was hit by a car and she called the dentist to say she was running a bit late and the dentist had the nerve to tell her to not bother coming if she was going to be late. Ok thanks for the sympathy.
Additionally, she IMMEDIATELY charges your credit card without giving you time to bring your insurance refund check. Nobody ive ever dealt with does this. They usually give you some time because most people work during the week. My optometrist, previous dentist, etc.
Finally, she had the nerve to call my mom and tell her, «how could you leave your previous dentist after so long? I dont think ill fit your needs. You should go back to your old dentist.» Ok wtf?
In short, money hungry and rude. And thanks for the advice, i will go back to my old dentist.

I’ve been going here for the last 8 years. She’s very professional and very gentle. I used to come out of dentist office with sore gums and stressed out from all the clenching I did. Dr. Bui doesn’t cause me to do that at all.
Best thing is that she won’t recommend anything that isn’t necessary.

What can I say– I‘ve been her patient since I was like 5, and going here today was very nostalgic for me. Her assistants are very gentle and patient. Ms. Bui will not try to take advantage of you with unnecessary dental work. I‘ve had other dentists try to take advantage of me and tell me that I needed cavities filled, thank goodness I came to Ms. Bui– who assured me with her second opinion that I didn‘t need it. She gave me a great exam and she saved me A LOT of money.

–will take you even if you don’t have insurance, and it’s not even expensive
–quick and thorough cleaning in under an hour
–open SATURDAYS (so convenient for my schedule)
–gentlest dentist I’ve ever been to (my whole family agrees)
–will NOT try to take advantage of you and tell you that you need a nightguard and other unnecessary wallet busters
–she’ll put vaseline on the edges of your mouth so you won’t hurt
–she’ll put sun glasses on your eyes so the lights don’t blind you
To be honest, this will be the best dentist you’ll ever go to for so many reasons.

Ms. Bui does a great job on teeth! She has been my dentist for 3 years now. My teeth are clean, shiny, and smooth every time i leave her office. The staff are friendly and helpful and the office is always clean.
