Our service is by hour. The rate is $ 40 per hour, you get a team of two cleaning ladies and they bring their own supplies. The time it takes to clean your home depends on how big it is and how messy it may already be.

we started off cleaning for another company under their name but then realized that making our own smaller buisiness would be more beneficial. Since then weve learned alot along the way and have made great progress with many of our new and existing costumers. Some very famous celebrity customers as well and we still continue this today.

I came from Mexico in 1989. Like all immigrants we come to work very hard. I’m very responsible and a hard worker. I began working at an electronics company a while ago for about 10 years but since then the company has moved to china instead. My dream has always been to become my own boss or manager but never had the chance until now. I had applied for a cleaning job and really liked it. Now i have my business and i know my clients are very valuable.

When my company grows up i can be a member of Operation smile because i would like all kids in the world to smile.

I love this place! I used this company for the first time and the service was excellent. Even though I was their last shift of the day, the cleaned my entire house until the job was completed and I did not receive any attitude. I’ve used other companies and I have experienced when the ladies have an attitude and they don’t want to do their job correctly.
I am looking forward to having weekly service and I am so happy I found this place.

My house was cleaned a few days ago by Elsa and Angelica — two very hard-​working young women who did a fantastic job (especially on the floors) They even cleaned my ‘fridge and I didn’t even ask. Vicky, the owner, is professional and reliable. They were on time and their rates are very reasonable. I will definitely use this house cleaning company again!

I wanted to wait until I’ve tried Fabulous Maids at least twice before leaving a review. The first time was great, and I just wanted to make sure their good service was consistent, and it was!
I plan to use them from now on. They cover the entire house in 2 hours and do an excellent job. My home is pretty tidy, but there are a few corners, crevices, and areas that need dusting and wiping down that I don’t normally get to myself. I think when the house is somewhat clean already, it makes it more time efficient for the maids to get to what really needs to be cleaned. For me 2 hours, with 2 maids is enough.
Great service so far. Easy to make an appointment and easy to make payment too. I use the Paypal link on their website. Will see them again in a few weeks.

Very disappointed, with the manager and her crew, they do not take any responsibility of any mistake, they do not appreciate business neither respect their job, last time I hired them the manager Fabiola text me 10 min prior the confirm appointment that they were going to come 30 minutes late because of a prior job, I said ok just please mention that I don’t have much time just do the one hour and half, to make the long story short after another 3 weeks i intent to hire them and the manager told me that her employees want 2 hours to work on my place not 1 and 30 min and I said that it has never happen, just last time because of her (Fabiola) change the schedule 10 min before the appointment and they arrived 40 min late to my place, she did not accept any responsibility what so ever, she was very rude totally unprofessional the worst is that this event that happen is one of another 4 negative things that happened, I do not recommend this maids.

Very unprofessional. I spoke to a person named Israel on Thursday and set up an appointment to have my apartment cleaned the next day. I requested a 12 pm appointment and Israel suggested we set up a time for the morning so we settled for 9 am.
The next morning, no one was at my place at 9, or 9:10, or 9:15. I called and spoke with Israel again and he first said that the ladies were looking for the apartment. Then he told me that they are stuck in traffic. I called back at 9:30 and there was no answer. Then Israel called me back and said the ladies are ten minutes away. I was very frustrated as I had things to do and canceled my services.
At 10, I received a call from Fabiola, the cleaning lady, who said she was at my apartment. But I had already left and told them to cancel my services.
I chose this service because of the good reviews, however, my experience was very unpleasant. Hope you all have better luck than I did.

Called in to schedule a Saturday cleaning. Process was quick and easy.
Laura and Myra showed up on time and their service are absolutely fabulous. Exactly everything you can ask for from a cleaning lady.
In short, they are on time, use plant based cleaning product, great attitude and pay attention to detail. My house smells so refreshed and guest ready throughout.
I am totally switching to fabulous maid for routine cleaning. Very pleased with the result! Highly recommended!

We have been using them for almost a year now and are very happy with their work. They do a great job and no chemical smell afterwards. They work miracle on my stove and detail clean everything. Thumbs up! We hired Fabulous Maid for a move-​in/​deep cleaning and are very happy with the end result! Our house was quite dusty from recent remodeling and there were parts of it that were downright gross. It’s now move in ready, yay!
We had two ladies who did all the cleaning in just under 4 hours. Both really nice and with a great attitude, and they even came earlier than the appointment time. When we returned home to inspect their work they were finishing up, and I noticed the ceiling of one of the rooms had been missed and had cobwebs. I had stupidly forgotten to mention it to the ladies during the initial walk through, so maybe that’s why it had been missed. I pointed it out to them and asked them if they could vacuum up there and they happily obliged, no questions asked. Everything else was perfect and dust free. Inside cabinets, crevices, windows, everything we asked them to do was done to perfection. The ladies definitely earned their tip! Their products also didn’t smell strong, which was a plus for my sensitive pregnant nose.
My husband arranged the whole thing and his point of contact was Israel, who he said was very helpful, easy to get in touch with and accommodating. They are also very affordable compared to other cleaning companies we researched — they charge $ 40/​hour and don’t charge extra for deep cleaning, it just takes a longer time, so you are charged for however long they take to finish everything. Based on today’s experience, I would highly recommend this company and would happily use them again if we need a good cleaning in the future!

I have been using Fabulous Maid for the last year and a half, and I have always been happy with their thorough cleaning service, reasonable pricing, and friendly demeanor. They have occasionally been late due to traffic on the way from their previous appointment, but I usually let that slide.
However, for some inexplicable reason, I experienced a no-​show this last appointment. And not only that, but no explanation as well.
The maids were scheduled to come clean my place the prior weekend, but due to a medical emergency, I had to cancel the night before. I rescheduled with Fabiola for the next Saturday between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. As 2:30 passed, I thought the maids were just late and I texted Fabiola asking if they were on their way. Then 3:00 passed. I called Fabiola, but she did not respond. 4:00 passed, and I texted Fabiola again asking if they were able to make it at all… I had to leave the house and could no longer wait around. By 4:30, I left my messy house in irritation.
Now, three days later? Still no response. No explanation. No apologies. Honestly, I’m a bit flabbergasted and obviously annoyed. The lack of response seems out of character. But it was a big inconvenience and, unless they had a good reason, completely unprofessional.

This is the second time I used this service. I love that I can text them. Very prompt response. Even though they had no open time, they made it work for the day I wanted to somehow anyway!
Two ladies showed up. It was suppose to be a 3 hour job, but they finished in 2.5. My house is extra clean and I’m loving it!
I would recommend them to anyone! They do a fantastic job and are very lovely people.

i emailed the owner late in the evening, she responded within the hour and we scheduled an appointment 2 days later.
On the day of the cleaning, I received a text informed me the 2 cleaning ladies were 10 minutes away. They showed up 30 minutes late. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry, so it didn’t bother me.
When they arrived, they went to work right away and did a FABULOUS JOB! They took 4 hours to clean my 4 bedroom house. My house never looked so clean.
As a first time customer, I received $ 20 OFF, which I ended up giving back as a tip to the cleaning ladies. Overall I am very pleased with their service and will use them again.

I’m notorious for slacking on housework during the week and thank goodness for Fabiola and her crew. She always works with our schedule and they (consistently) do a FABULOUS job every time.
Just a tip: if you have additional tasks such as closet organization, or some spring cleaning chores, let them know when you make your booking that you will need extra time.

Not like some of the reviewers below, I had a different experience. Not only did I get extra time but I had to fight for 10 minutes.
Today I feel like I way over paid for the service. I thought there was going to be 3 woman for $ 40/​hr. Excuse me but 20/​hr for a cleaning lady is just too much. The first time they were here they were 3 ladies.
I usually use «Marlene «for $ 10/​hr and even though she may take 5 hrs to finish, thats 50 dollars right? Well, forget about the price, what ticked me off is that they were 10 min late at least and by the time they started it was 12 – 13 min later than what we agreed on, yet on the dot in 2 hrs half past, they said they were done. I had one more room to at least vacuum for god’s sake and I had to argue about it. They said they were 5 min late not 10. OMG. But by the time they walked in and started it was actually later ! I don’t care if it was 5 min, 7 min or 8 min, at $ 40/​hr, 5 – 10 min is a big deal when only have of your house is done.
They finally did the room and left ON TIME, if we calculate from the time they really started VS the time they were supposed to start.
Anyway only half of my house is done and now I have to hire my 10/​hr lady to finish the kitchen and the den which she will probably do in an hour.
They did a good job on what they did though so if you have lots of $$$$ use them, if you are on a budget look elsewhere.
