As I was driving around doing my errands I got a flat tire.
Luckily for me, I came across Reseda Tires.
The attendant was very polite and knowledgeable. .
I explained how I had previously gone to another shop but my tire pressure light remained on although I had my tires replaced.
He educated me on the sensor located inside the tire and showed me how one unfortunately was faulty due to erroneous replacement of a tire.
I had to replaced the sensor but at least I’m more confident I’m driving a safe vehicle and not having to worry about that pesky warning light.
If you’re looking for honest and reliable service… this is the place.

Your response is fair enough. Even though the tires were bought on 8/​18, they are less than four months old so as a customer, I have rights to be frustrated about something I’ve bought and paid $ 100 not long ago. As I’ve mentioned, I know I bought used tires so I don’t expect them to last forever but not less than four months. Come on! The rule of thumb is that when you sell something, your transaction doesn’t stop after you sold the products and customer left the door. In order to receive a 5-​star rating, if the customer comes back to discuss about faulty products, he/​she should be welcome, helped in the best manner and not to be ignored. Treat customers the way you want to be treated ‘cuz the may review you when least expected.

I got there with a flat tire with only twenty minutes to closing time. I wasn’t sure if the would do the job so late but they did and were very professional.

Just bought some used Michelin tires today for only $ 35.00 a piece including installation. Ceasar also did a rotation no additional charge. Tires are like new, service was fast, and I walked out stoked! Yippee!

Surprise!, I got a flat today. I couldn’t believe it! Not a good time! I was not expecting this, I didn’t know what to do. I thought I was in big trouble. I knew I couldn’t afford this problem. I opened Unilocal and typed in tire repair and «Reseda Tires» on Reseda Blvd. In the city of Reseda popped up and it was close to where i live. I started reading the reviews and i read good things. I said to myself, «would it live up to the good reviews»? So i called and a guy answered the phone named «Jose», i think he’s the owners son, and I asked him what would it cost to fix a flat tire? «He said $ 15 dollars. I was amazed. That sounded super fair. I told him I was putting on the spare tire now and i would be right over. When I got there, we checked the tire and found out that I couldn’t fix it because the tire around the rim had warped. I checked it out with my own two eyes and he was right. He gave me a used tire for $ 35 and I was on my way. If you are looking for good, quick TIRE service at a very affordable price, I would have to say this is your place!
I’m back on the road in less than one hour. Jose let me know before i left that if I had any problems within 30 days bring the car back and he will take care of it for free. Thanks Jose! Good Work!

I’ve been calling around to other stores and just didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on tires for a van I’ll probably sell soon. Jose was very nice and gave me a great price of $ 70 for two Michelin tires installed. When I arrived an hour later, he knew who I was and which tires to get for me. Service is friendly and fast. They have a clean, comfy and air conditioned waiting room and now have another loyal customer!

Called these guys up for a used tire, ended up getting a great deal on a pair. Ceaser was a pleasure to work with. I also had to swap tires from other rims to another and he was more than happy to do it. Pricing is better than fair here. Give these guys a call or visit, you wont regret it.

Cesar and Jose have always been incredibly honest and professional. I started coming here after my wife did because they treated her with respect and not the common gender bias you see in auto shops.
They remember you and never try to run up a bill. Cesar and Jose know that it’s more important to have lifetime customers. Well, you have at least two! Thank you as always!

Very fair pricing, no haggling, and fast service. Cesar is also very honest wont sell you what you don’t need, which is rare in the tire/​automotive business. It’s a small place so call in first, if not you might end up waiting around for a bit.
Will definitely go back when I need tires again.
