Kevin and Alberto are more then give stars but Unilocal only goes to 5! I broke 2 phones in 1 week and I was so stressed until I called these guys. Alberto answered the phone very politely and assured me they could do a 3 hour repair in my time frame and at a good price. I came and had the screen repaired and Kevin did an awesome job quick and efficiently and the best part was the price. A few days later something was up with my screen and Kevin fixed it again at no charge and with a smile. I’m so confident in their work that I ended up bringing the other phone I broke to get repaired too. Overall working with these guys was an awesome experience and I will definitely be coming back here for a long time to come. Also shout out to Kevin for being one of the few honest and reliable business owners left. Keep up the good work guys!!!

The kiosk owner Kevin is the nicest guy and his service is fast and reliable. I brought all my family’s phone to him for repair, my parents’, my son’s, etc, because I know he will take good care of our gadgets. Knowing that Kevin is pursuing his degrees, while owning the tech shop full time, his spirit is truly admirable.

A small Kiosk Shop on the corner of Reseda and Vanowen is what the shopping center needed. Quality work and service guaranteed. Why go to other repair shops and settle for a non OEM part. Kevin is very honest in which gave me confidence to make him MY ONLY repair man for electronics. I will definitely recommend this place to everybody. They have fixed multiple tablets of mines as well fixed my Wife’s phone and mine as well. Continue doing the great jobs you provide for the community of Reseda.

So my iPhone 6 recently broke down on me. After going to two other places with no luck, I found LA Tech. Kevin and Anthony were very helpful in diagnosing my phone. The level of customer service is great and and their prices are very competitive. Obviously it’s a small place so they’re not offering a lot of retail sales but if you want to good place for cell phone repair and if you live nearby this is a great place.

These whiz kids are killing it on the corner! It’s a little weird walking up to a kiosk at a crosswalk to get your phone fixed but they deal out iPhone repairs like street vendors deal out bacon-​wrapped dogs in front of Staples!
Kevin was the guy I talked to and he texted me back right away and said come by anytime upon my initial inquiry. I was having network problems and thought maybe somehow my phone had become water damaged. Knowing what water damage means to an iPhone, I figured if that’s what it was it would be cheaper than just going to the Apple Store to buy a new one. I wanted mine repaired.
Within a minute, he had it popped open and diagnosed that it was a network settings issue. I had gone through all of the reset options – or so I thought – but he reset everything, booted it AGAIN and it’s been working ever since.
Best part, when I asked him how much he wanted – he literally only spent 1 minute on this, even with popping it open to confirm there was no water damage – he told me «No charge.»
So with that, I feel it’s my duty to leave him a glowing review. I have 5 iPhones across all of my family members and I will bring every one of them to Kevin when they have a problem! These guys are rock stars!

Even though my initial experience here wasn’t great the owner worked with me to make it right. He refunded me for work I was unsatisfied with. and helped me trade my old phone for and ipad mini. Its great to have someone you can trust and work with in the electronics business. I will be comming back for more repairs and /​or trades. Its not easy to find people that take ownership of their work like this place does.

This is the best place to fix your phone screen. Not only do they have cute phone cases to choose from, they really care about their customers. If something isn’t right, they will make sure that you leave satisfied. The staff is great; Sam, Claudia, and Kevin are very kind and funny. I just picked up my phone and it looks brand new! Totally happy customer :)

Great place. They have a lot of variety of phones to choose from and the prices are incredible. If your in the valley I perfer you to go here before you check any other place. I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced recently and they charged the best price around. And also have great deals around the holidays :). 5 stars

This place was a little sketchy at first but I’m glad I went to get my screen replaced here! Kevin is so nice and the screen looks great! My phone looks brand new :) It was super affordable too (Apple store charges twice as much to get a screen replaced). Will definitely come back here if my screen breaks again. Thanks Kevin!

Kevin fixed both our LG G3 screen and our MACbook Pro screen. HIs prices are very reasonable and he is professional and very kind. You don’t find people like him very often in both their honesty and their know how. His shop is small but his professional impact is large !
