Pablo and Richard were very professional and apologetic about a previous delay issue. They replaced my battery and got my car running again. Thank you for turning my opinion around. You guys have earned my return business.

Kolbe honda was the 2^nd closest dealership to us after a terrible experience at another honda dealership regarding the airbag recall. The lady scheduling us was very polite as well and met all of our needs and questions. We have 2 kids so a big enough rental was needed and they saw to that. We scheduled for some time that week.
Upon arrival I was greeted by adrianna and she was very nice and personable. She directed me to service advisor Pablo Cuebras who listened to my issues and the incomplete recall work that the previous dealership did. He made sure all my questions were answered and to inspect the car to make sure there wasnt any other issues with it. He stated that the work would be completed and they had a rental for me waiting in the back.
Any parent knows that 2 car seats take up alot of room, so you need a fairly decent size car. The crv that was suppose to be the rental was out for the same recall so instead of stuffing us into a civic or something smaller, they let us use a honda pilot. Which was very spacious and easy to drive and i appreciated that very much.
Pablo was very courteous and never pushy, I appreciate his honestly and making sure we were taken care of. I will definitely be coming back here for any other services my Odyssey needs.

The only thing was having to wait 10mins for someone when I pulled up to service. Richard Sugarman who is the service drive manager was amazing. My tire light had been on since 2mls of purchase of the car and the car had been serviced twice by Goudy Honda and the light would come back on almost a day or a couple hours after service. I also needed a new pad for my clutch and Goudy never ordered it like they said they would since the beginning of 2015. I have a warrenty with Goudy too and it just seem like they do not care.
Richard was awesome and took care of everything for my Honda Fit. Fixed my tire light and it has not at all come back on. He also got me a new clutch pad within 5 days. I wish I could move my warrenty over here because they’re all amazing here and on top of there customer service. Thank you again Richard for everything.

The entire staff at Kolbe Honda were professional and incredibly helpful! They made what can be a painful process seem stress free! This was the second Honda we leased from them and both times we left with a smile on our faces! Thanks to Chris, Brandon and Steve for excellent service!!! It could not have been a more different experience to what we received at Santa Monica Fiat, which was attitude and distain for their customers!!!

I have been taking my Honda to Kolbe for the past few years because it is close by my work and convenient for me. My visits have been pretty much for oil changes and maintenance work.
This last time, I brought my car in because it was giving me some problems starting in the morning. I had to let it sit after the first try for a minute and then it would start on the second try. I brought it into Kolbe on October 12, 2015 to have them determine what the problem was. First of all, I had an appointment, but still had to wait for all the cars ahead of me that, most of which, did not have appointments.
About an hour later my service advisor informed me that I needed a starter motor and that it would cost me over $ 800.00. I was very surprised to hear the cost of this service. Lee told me that the cost of the Honda part was over $ 500.00. I then told him that I was going to call and check with my mechanic to see if I could get a better price, and that is what I did. My mechanic told me that he could do the work that day and that it would cost less than $ 300.00. I then went back to Lee and told him to have my car put back together so that I could take it to my mechanic.
Well, at that point it seemed to be a problem getting my car to start again, so I called Auto Club to have it towed to my mechanic. When my driver arrived and looked into the problem with my car, he found that my starter motor had been tapped to the point that it was damaged. No one had looked at my car or addressed this problem before that day. My driver even played dumb and asked the mechanic where the starter motor was so that the mechanic would point it out to him.
The most frustrating thing about it was that the Kolbe mechanic that worked on my car and another Kolbe mechanic were in their stations working out with weights for the whole, almost hour, that we were in the parking area with my car. Obviously they had no concern for customer service. After this incident happened, I called Kolbe Honda several times and left messages for Mr. Kolbe, but never did get any type of a response. I also called and spoke to my service advisor, Lee, and he assured me that I would get a call back… it didn’t happen. This is very poor customer service. I contacted Honda directly and they have documented this incident for their records. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good service. There are many good ones out there, but this is definitely a BAD choice for your service needs.

Went in for my first maintenance. Initial phone contact with Moses was perfect. Interaction with my service advisor, Lee Moss was spectacular. He talked me through the service protocol, rating system, costs, my blue tooth, etc. Told me that it could take up to 1.5 hours and I was out under an hour. Everyone who works in the service department works as a team. It is a pleasure to see true customer service. You have my business. See you when I need my next, maintenance!

70 something dollars for a simple oil change really? I understand every Honda dealer ship is different (Galpin, Miller, Kobe, etc.) THANK GOD I went to Galpin over this place! I bought my car at Galpin actually (Mission Hills) they had outstanding customer service and very great service prices. I came here to ask how much it would be for an oil change and I have to say they lack major customer service (especially the girls that work there), they are very unprofessional and honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! My dad even came here for a recall they had on his Honda and even he had a horrible experience! After reading a few of the comments here I should’ve known better. If you don’t believe the warning signs, then please go ahead and give a try yourself. This Kobe dealership has forever lost a potential customer. Never again!

Actually, I’m giving Hossein Ghaffari the Internet Sales Consultant a 5 Star Review and the Honda Dealership Sales experience a 2 Star review for the length of back and forth that went on for over 3 hours. I would buy another car from Hossein, who was patient, polite, non-​pushy and willing to test drive many cars with us. The three star rating only reflects the car dealership total sales experience that took seemingly forever. We are very happy with our Subaru 2015 Forester and had the car checked out at a Subaru dealership. Everything checked out perfectly.

I purchased a used car three (3) years ago from Honda. I went to sell that same car today only to find out that this car had been in 2 previous car accidents. I was in complete shock.
The resale of my car is being is being depreciated by several thousand dollars because of these two accidents. I certainly would not have purchased the car if I was aware of these accidents.
I am sure they will point the finger at me, but I would anticipate full disclosure from a major retailer. They certainly are not the «Happy Honda Dealers» the commercials claim to be. Not happy, not happy at all.

Didn’t like how they make their deals. Their units always comes with accessories which affects the deal when you’re at their dealership. Make sure also that they have the model and color that you like in their lot or else you’re just wasting your time.

The staff is rude and condescending. They talk to you as if you are inconveniencing them. Even with a morning appointment, the service (which should have been less than 2 hours) took all day. I will not be back.

The Service Department Advisors are very rude. All other departments are awesome. I’m not asking anyone them to be cheerful at work, but they are just straight up rude. Go to another Honda Service Center.

Actually, 3.5 is pretty good for a car dealer. Take a look around and you’ll see that in Car Dealer years, that is good.
Anyway, I have NO doubt that the people who are reviewing Kolbe and had a bad experience, really did have something to complain about… it’s a car dealer.
BUT… I had a good experience with a guy that works in Internet Sales, Rick Case. He was pretty straight forward with the cars that he could get and the prices he gave me were close to the lowest I got from 4 different dealers. In hindsight, I probably should have bought my new 2015 Honda from him… but I did not for assorted reasons.
Anyway, not only was his offer close to the lowest price I got (I think it was not the lowest because he had to get the car from another dealer but he was within $ 100) but even after I exchanged 15 emails with him, he was very cool when I told him that i bought the car elsewhere. He said, OK, cool, let me know if you need help in the future or need any more info. Others were not so understanding.
Anyway, do your homework, compare prices, don’t be a dick to these guys just because everyone thinks they are the enemy. But do your homework.

Leased my 2013 Civic at Galpin, they were great on the sales end as well as their service dept., but since they’re a little out of my way when the A1 service light came the closest dealer on the GPS was Kolbe. I’m going on vacation Friday so I decided to deal with this today. I pull into the service bay, no line at all and a friendly adviser comes out. Asks me if I had an appt and I told him no but I just need an oil change. He quickly wrote down my VIN and led me inside, entered all my details into computer and that’s when the «brochure» came out.
Basic oil change $ 29.99 BUT my car needs synthetic for $ 49.99. I told him that my oil was changed at other dealerships without synthetic and where he got this information? He told me it’s right in my manual and he will not do the $ 29.99 oil change because that «will void my warranty». It’s a civic not an SI, their basic vehicle. I asked him what vehicle the $ 29.99 oil change would work with, he pretended he didn’t hear me and insisted that synthetic was my only option. By this point the car was on the hoist, I told him to take it down because I don’t mind paying the $ 20 extra I just hate being made a fool of. I own 5 cars, including a 2015 Porsche, MB S class, a Lexus and a Chevy pick up truck, the Civic is used by one of my staff. Needless to say I will not be returning here. Drove another 15 minutes to Galpin and got the regular oil change came out to $ 40 with taxes and fees. I realize they have to upsell but The next time my car requires major repairs rest assured that Kolbe will not be my dealer of choice. left a very sour taste in my mouth.

The employees are wonderful at this dealership. I have always had a pleasant experience, with the exception of the horrendous manager. Right in front of myself and another customer, he was yelling at a female employee, and seemed to belittle her. From her reaction, and the employee next to her, this seems to be something he does fairly regularly. This man is downright awful to his employees. I had to seriously bite my tongue to not absolutely go off on him. Because of this Hawaiian shirt wearing evil manager, I’m going elsewhere.

My five stars are for Ken K. The best salesperson around. He was great and not like the obnoxious salespersons who know nothing about cars. He is knowledgeable and personable. I will come back to buy a car from him anytime.

Walked in a few minutes ago. Off the back i told the salesman i had identity theft on my record. He didnt even bother to check my record or anything. He literally walked me back to the parking lot. As far i know i might off lied to him. I may have a 750 credit score.
Terrible service. First and last time i place a foot into that dealer.

Please make sure to have your car check again BEFORE you drive off their parking lot. I had my car serviced for the safety recall last Saturday (03÷04÷15). It was completed in 2 hours — Great. I went ahead to pick up the car drove straight to home. I just found out that there was a dent on the front right corner on Saturday night. Called the Dealer on Monday since it was closed on Sunday and talked to the service guy (Marc) and he said that I should have checked the car before I drove off. Who would thought that if the dealer damaged the car, they would actually tell us??? Lesson learned, PLEASE START CHECKING YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF FROM THE PARKING LOT, TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR. SO BE VERY CAREFUL !!! I will definitely take my business somewhere else and will tell all my friends to avoid this dealership.

I HATE dealerships, I hate car salesmen, I hate everything there is to do with buying a car … until today!
I walked into Kolbe, as the person who was supposed to meet me at another dealership never turned up. So I walked into Kolbe Honda to look at cars, assuming that here we go again with another place …
From the front receptionist introducing me to Gabriel, who first took me for a coffee before the spiel started, it was all so easy easy!
Buy your car from Gabriel Ledesma; I felt like I was under no pressure whatsoever (which is an amazing trait), and he took his time and showed me every level of car I was interested in. He was great, explained everything about each car; what was the difference in each one, and the price difference in each one.
I told him I wasn’t one of those people who were really picky about stuff … anyways, it turns out I am extremely picky! He made a joke of it in passing, but showed me everything, we went for a test drive, showed me all the things the car could (and couldn’t) do … which was fabulous; then I was passed to the lease guy, who of course did his part to hustle a little, but I wasn’t put off — it’s their job to do it …
Anyways, I walked out with a great car at a great price; completely affordable to me; brand new car with 1 mile on the clock; full tank of gas, immaculate.
Can’t thank them enough, I left with a good feeling that I could actually recommend a dealership!!!
Again, Gabriel Ledesma … call and ask for him specifically. I’m sure the others are equally as good, but he was no pressure and just went all out to help me …
