Took my Mercedes to the Thousand Oaks location. The manager, Jose was courteous and professional; clearly explaining to me all of the tinting options available. The installation technician, David did an EXCELLENT job. The entire process took slightly less than two hours. I highly recommend them to anyone considering having the windows tinted on their vehicle!!!

They haven’t updated their new location on Unilocal so my experience didn’t start off well.
They told me it would only take 1 – 1.5 hours to tint my car. I called back 4 hours later and it still wasn’t ready. Took 5…
He gave me a discount because the TO location was closed for the week and I had to drive a lot farther than planned. He was apologetic and sincere which was the only redeeming quality of this location. The TO store had much better service, was friendlier, and got the job done much faster

Do not bring your cars here! I made the mistake of coming here with 2 of my cars first i brought my audi I made an appointment and when I got there they were already working on another car I had to wait about an hour and a half for my car to be next. Then they didn’t even clean up the left over tint left in the back of my car I had to ask them for paper towels and did it myself in front of them and they didn’t say anything. I thought this must have been a one off so I decided to go once more for my Camry I didn’t have to wait this time and they took care of my car when they said they were done I notices that on one corner of the window the tint didn’t cover the entire window I asked them to re do the window the the guy that said was the owner took me over to his Benz and told me look at mine it has the same thing we can’t make all the tint look perfect there will always be flaws really?! WTF?!. Now the tint is lifting even more and my window has a bald spot. To top it all off the wrote the wrong car name on my warranty I brought in a Toyota camry but they put Nissan altima I don’t know how that happened so now I can’t even go back to get it fixed! Do not take your cars here!!!

I took my car today and it looks great. I actually didn’t use my trusted source and shifted to these guys. I was very lucky to find them. They are amazing to work with and do quality work. I will take all my cars here from now on. I made a Unilocal account just to recommend these guys. Hands down. The best.

This location sucks. There service is not good. When I bought my civic I took it there to get its windows tinted and the sunroof. I waited for 3 hours to get the windows tinted to find out at the end that they didn’t even do my sunroof. That I would have to go another day because they Wer tired and it was late. Really? How much longer would the sunroof had taken. On top of that. I asked for a refund for what I had paid for the sunroof n they said they couldn’t do that. Bad customer service. I just left. Didn’t bother to go back and get the sunroof. They can keep that extra cash I had paid for the sunroof. I don’t want to have to go again and they have an excuse why they couldn’t get the sunroof done. Stay away from this location. The location in canoga is better. Faster service and everything. Go to that one instead stay away from this one

I don’t write reviews but after the service I received today, I knew I had to write one! Jose Sr. is without a doubt a true business man. First off, I went to the location on Vanowen St. that he had pulled his workers from for the day because his other location was swamped. He met me at the location and even offered to let me use his personal car for the day. I turned him down and followed him to his other location. His team got right to work on my car and took care of me in less than 2 hours.
This is the cleanest window tinting shop I have ever gone into. They had chips, soda, and water for the customers. Jose Sr. was very accommodating, not to mention they had a really comfortable sofa to sit on.
My car looks awesome and the price I was quoted is exactly what I paid! Without a doubt I will refer any of my clients here when they ask who tinted my windows.

Fresh Window Tint in Reseda did a great job on my Mazda3. Jose, the manager/​owner of these establishments, came through on his over the phone quote. If you’re like me and don’t like getting quoted for a job, then, OOPS, the price is suddenly doubled when you get there, Fresh Window Tint is the place to go.
What’s a another sign of quality customer service??? Follow up. No, not a quality assurance form they want to fill out to discuss your experience, just a friendly text message from Jose asking if you’re happy with the job. Just make sure you know the law when it comes to how dark you can tint the front windows. I am sure Jose will advise you on that. I will recommend this place to friends and family.

Don’t bother coming here… went to ask about the Unilocal Deal and was told they wouldn’t honor it. Why put a Unilocal Deal then tell me I have to go to another location! Waste of time driving here…

I found them through a random search on the internet and glad I did. Not only did I get a great deal but had the best service. Very professional staff along with a nice office. You can actually hang out in the office while you wait with water & tv provided. There are sandwich and coffee shops that are walking distance as well. I am glad I went to these guys and highly recommend them. David and his colleague are quick and efficient so it’s definitely worth the price and wait.
Keep in mind that they’re located next to the Marketplace inside a plaza facing north/​south.

Great costumer service, the owner is very friendly. They are open on weekends which is a huge plus.
They did the tints quickly and gave me a good deal.
The waiting room is clean, with comfortable couches to sit on. They also provide free drinks, and water while you wait.
Definitely would come again.
They also have multiple locations and offer lifetime warranty on the tints.

I brought a Groupon and called them then they said the Groupon would not cover entire car and asked me to Cancel and if I pay directly, they would do tining the entire car for $ 149. So I decided to do that. I had a 15 minutes fight with the wonderful groupon team and finally cancelled the groupon.
Then I went to that place and asked the person to do the tinting. He said he will do it for $ 180 .WHAT??? I told him you said 149 over the phone and he said it is difficult to tint my Car (CRV) so 180 is also very high for him…
I told him, that I understand all that, But I trusted his words over the phone and drove 15 miles to reach the place. Lost my 1 hour od work and he simly lied!!!
And he told me to read their reviews. ??? Why since he lied ?? Be truthful and your business will grow. I should have realised that at the same time when they asked me to cancel the Groupon, whihc is a trusted site. that these peope are liers and cheaters…
I will never recommend this place to anyone…

Overall good experience with fresh tint. I saw some bubbles after the tint job was done, but I was reassured that it would disappear after a few days. Sure enough, after a few days of curing most of the water bubbles disappeared. One tiny bubble remained, but it’s too small to notice so I didn’t bother taking it back. Since there’s a lifetime warranty, I’ll see if it gets worse over time.
I liked the waiting room on the second floor. There was water and soda free of charge, and I could easily watch them work on my car from the large tinted windows. They’re not shy or sly about their work, so I appreciated the transparency. Overall, really good job and I’m satisfied with the service and product.
One note. If you call first, you’ll likely get transferred to Jose’s cell phone. He won’t, however, relay whatever you agree to (price, job, etc) to the actual shop. When I arrived in reseda, they had no knowledge of my call. Be prepared to repeat instructions, negotiated price, etc. overall, it’s a good place and I’d recommend.

Don’t go there!!! They are liars!
I’ve chosen this place based on reviews on Unilocal.
I’m new in California, and before tinting my can i asked if it was legal to tint the driver and passenger’s windows. They told me that it was. In exactly 5 days i got a fix-​it ticket because SURPRISE! it was ILLEGAL! And they wanted to charge me for removing the tint!!!
So if i were you i would NEVER go there!

Bought a Groupon based on Unilocal reviews. I bought the 5 window deal thinking that it was the five windows of the car. BUT IT’S NOT! BEWARE, It’s actually only for the back windows and two of the windows are the LITTLE TRIANGLES behind the back windows… It does not include the front. I thought this was kinda scammy… I already paid 125 they wanted me to pay extra for the front… even though the deal was titled «5 windows»… Don’t appreciate businesses that are sketchy…
Decided to go through with it anyway and tried to make an appointment. They do NOT take appointments, first come first serve, called to see if they could take me, they said no and to try another day. Ended up cancelling my groupon. Went to 310 Tinting instead. They gave me a better deal and took me in that same afternoon.

I found this place via Unilocal (how else would I find it?), and I saw the reviews and was glad to see such positive ratings. I went in here to my front two car windows tinted 20% because my back windows and passengers door were already done previously.
I actually called on the morning of to see if I could my windows done, and Jesse was so nice to squeeze me in between appointments. The price was great, and I paid $ 30 per window, so total $ 60. I’ve gone to other places, and they’ve charged even double or triple for the same exact job. The guy did a great job, and I was able to watch him do the whole process from the cutting to the finishing. I’ve only had them on for about a week, but they make my car look so sleek.
As a side note, you should know that it’s better to pay in cash. If they have to run your credit card, they have to apply a fee and tax. Good thing I had cash on me. The only reason why I give this place 4⁄5 stars is because I had to pretty much stand the whole time while the guy was doing my windows. It wasn’t until the last 7 minutes was I told there was a waiting room upstairs.
