Best urban Cuts in the valley Dre is a great barber and you can get a good cut from anyone in the shop everyone is really cool, the shop is clean won’t disappoint

I really like this place! Not only is the location VERY convenient but the vibe in here is always chill

This is the barbershop to go too if you want an incredible haircut. I’ve been going here since they opened and they never disappoint. The haircut is always on point and it’s only twenty dollars! Only thing I’d have to complain is that their parking lot is really small, but it’s not big deal since I’ve always been able to find a spot.
Come here if you want to look fresh!

NY transplant and I wouldnt trust nobody with my cut except Trade @ Fab Kutz. Hands down the best barber shop in the Valley.

Worst hair cut ever and yes ever i was embarrassed to walk around had to wear a hat. Told them it was my first time there I don’t know the name of the barber who f***** up my hair wish I did. Make sure you know that the barber you choose knows what he is doing. And I still payed $ 20 for it first time in my life that I wanted to just walk out and not pay anything I guess I’m just to nice whatever good luck.

I’ve only come here twice and every time I do they leave my hair on point.
I’ve always wanted to find a genuine skilled Barber that knows how to cut hair. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they delivered.
Great atmosphere, family owned, friendly and good customer Service.

All I have to say this barber shop is 5 stars. Lucky hooked me up wt a cut. Hooked me up wt a nice taper, hooked up my beard, and mustache. She gets down. This is my first time coming here and I’ll be coming back. Cuts are only $ 20 plus tip. Not bad for a cut here in the valley. I gotta say. So one of the best shops I gone in the valley.

I’ve been to this shop about 6 – 7 times.
My first experience was good as I got a haircut by Trade. He is friendly and personable. He gave me a card, so I could make an appointment with him for next time. The second experience, I made an appointment but waited well over a hour to get cut by him. I thought of it as, «It’s no big deal. I’ll go to a new barber. I like this shop.» I’ve been cut by several barbers, and then ended up getting a great haircut by Eddie, which was well done. I tipped him well, and I decided I could stick with this barber. I made an appointment yesterday for 2pm today with Eddie. He verified that we had an appointment this morning via text. I show up at my appointment on time. He just finishes cutting a customer’s haircut at 2pm, so I figured I’d be up next. Not. He says this guy has been waiting long, yet there are TWO barbers free and not cutting hair.
Why make an appointment with someone if you aren’t going to stick to your word? If you can’t do appointments then don’t say you can.
Overall: In my opinion, I feel they have good cuts, but very bad when it comes to business/​service. It seems about getting money rather than keeping a loyal customer, so I’ll be going to a new barbershop from now on.

Staff is laid back lol can be vulgar it’s cool but there where kids present including young girls and conversation was about the club and smashing. Lots of profanity. No off switch when the kids roll thru. Maybe it was just a bad moment.
Being a new dad I notice kids now and being a Man I know how I can talk and what I was hearing. Respect fellas show it give it Live it.

Not the best cut ever but not the worst, Probably coming back… but only as a back up like today…

Saw this place on Unilocal.So yesterday we decided to try this place. My husband went in he needed a haircut badly. I’m SOOO Glad we did. They did a great job. Ask for luhk.

Took my son in for his cut… JOSH did an amazing JOB… 15 $ plus 5 $ tip… really professional and understanding on how we wanted his cut. My husband went in a week later and my husband LOVED his cut… Josh is the man. He’s very personable & skilled at fading. Thank you Josh from Fab Kutz !!

Price and service: $ 15 for a cut if your a student. They charge $ 1 extra for credit cards.
Haircut: HOLY SHIT. My barber spent 50 minutes on my hair it. That’s some attention to detail. I had no idea what I wanted and he gave me a great cut.
The atmosphere is great too, lots of jokes and laughter. This place is definitely my new spot.

Talk about racist. I’m not even Asian, but I felt bad for a guy who came in for a cut. All talk about the «white man» stops and everything gets quiet. Barbers and customers start making racist jokes about this poor Asian guy who definitely understand English and just politely ignores the conversations, even though it’s all about how stupid Asians are. Asians can’t speak English, can’t do this, are dumb.
The barbers think they are so smart, but get quiet REAL quick once they learn this dude can speak english fluently! A Native Speaker!
Bad move guys. IBlast these racist fools. Guess what?! You’re surrounded by diversity! Get used to it… Really… sad.

As soon as I walked in, it took a minute or two to get acknowledged with 4 people sitting around.
Anyhow, I called prior to coming in and was told cuts are 15 $ for students. I was like great, on my way. Got there, I asked if card is accepted, they said I had to go get cash from an ATM.
So, got my hair cut. Loved the job. The guy who cut my hair did an AMAZING JOB! However, when it came to paying, I was just going to give an entire 20 seeing as how the 5 $ left over would be a great tip.
But, my barber said there isn’t student discounts. I was like ok, that’s fine. Then I told him I only took a 20 from the bank so I can’t give him a tip. He was like, oh we can take card. –_​_​_​_​– same guy who said I had to go to an ATM.
(He was using a square card reader, so they made me go to the bank in order to save themselves from the 2.25% fee –_​_​–
It was really inconvenient and not proper customer service.)
Not only that, the process was a little shady because there was a supposed dollar fee for using card. When in actuality they just added that to cover the 2.25% square charges to use the card reader.
I work at an electronic retailer and know how that works. So I paid 26 $ to have the sides of my hair cut. Never going there again.

I took my son here when he was a little over one year to get his hair cut for the first time. Eddie was his barber. He was sweet to my son and did his hair well. I don’t know much about haircuts, but it looked good when he was done.

Every time that I come into LA, this is the spot that get a cut at. The staff is quick, clean and very professional with how they handle their customers.
They have great entertainment while you wait, and once you get your cut, you definitely will be satisfied.

I started coming to this Barber shop earlier this year because i was recommended by a friend, i haven’t been to another shop since then.
My main Barber is Eddie, and like previous comments no one should ever be intimidated when stepping in. Regardless of these guys Stature their work ethic and personalities are extremely chill.
Regardless of the type of cut you get the Barbers at Fab Kutz will leave you looking like you just spent a small fortune on your hair.

I’ve been coming to Fabz for almost a year now. Before Fabz, I made the mistake of going to Supercuts and letting some Asian ratchet who didn’t even know English cut my hair. Now I’m not here to blast Supercuts, so I’ll get to the review.
The atmosphere at Fabz is great. Don’t be intimidated because there all buff. All the barbers are very friendly and absolutely hilarious as well. The last thing you have to worry about is an awkward/​silent type of environment. They play their music very loud and the genre is usually rap. So if your into that homo-​sapien house music and dub step sh*t then you best adapt to some 2 Chainz, Juicy J, and MMG.
The barbershop itself is very modern. Big screen plasma T.V.s, classy red leather couches everywhere, and modern art paintings hanging on the walls. All their tools are up to date and high tech as it gets. It’s one of the nicest barbershops i’ve stepped foot in.
Now as for the cut itself. The line up is always perfect. As for the cut, make sure you tell them exactly what you want and DONT confuse them. If you don’t tell them exactly what you want, RIP to your hair bro. Seriously I was half bald once because of misunderstanding. As long as your clear, everything will be perfect. It’s 7 $ for just a line up and 15 $ for an entire cut. Very reasonable pricing.
I recommend Eddie or Fab to cut your hair. There all good so don’t stress though!
P. S. It can get VERY busy and you might end up waiting hours for a cut. Try to get a barbers number and let them know ahead of time that your coming so you won’t have to wait.

I took my 7 year old Son here because his hair was out of control. As soon as we walked in they acknowledged me and sat my Son right away. Eddie was so nice and patient with my Son; his line up was on point. I think this was the best hair cut my Son has ever had. I always feel akward walking in to a barber shop because I am the only female in there but these guys didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all.
I think Eddie just became my Son’s regular barber!
If you are not in to loud hip hop music, playing Xbox while you wait and dudes just talking crap to each other then maybe this isn’t the place for you; maybe you should try Supercuts!
