Great customer service yet again, third time coming here and even brought my gf car to get her brakes changed. He was honest and told us that only the front pads had to be changed and not the back ones. Looking forward to coming here more. Thank you Joe!

NOT ONLY HE –MOE– COULDN’T FIX MY CAR, HE WASTED 3 WORKING DAYS OF MINE, PLUS HE BROKE MY WINDSHIELD!!! AND HE EVEN DIDN’T ADMIT IT!

Here’s the story:
Moe –dishonest and unprofessional person– without telling me, put low quality aftermarket (or maybe used) alternator and said my car is perfectly working after 10 minutes of driving my car stopped working in the middle of the road… the alternator was dead,… this scenario repeated… again, dead alternator… and he told me there’s something wrong with your battery and this is gonna be the last time I put another alternator and after this you need to pay again!!! in the mean time the day I came to pick up my car I saw a 4 inches crack on my windshield! Because jacks of the hood was broken he pushed the hood too high and broke the edge of my windshield AND HE NEVER ADMIT IT THAT HE DID IT!!! anyway on the other hand, I called AAA they came and checked my battery and they said it is working properly. I had them tow my car to another auto service shop!!! and there they just changed the alternator and that was it!!! They fixed it without any problem and I have been driving my car for over 6 months since then –This story happened around 6 months ago I think– and I have no problem with it.
Conclusion:
Don’t take your car there for any serious matters. Preferably don’t take it there at all.

I brought my car, a 1999 Lexus SC300, here today for an oil change. I’m looking for a new oil change place because I just moved to the area.
I called before showing up, and the guy I spoke to was very friendly. He quoted me $ 69.99 for a synthetic oil change for my car model. So, I brought it in. He told me it’d be 45 minutes. That’s fine — I ate lunch at a place next door.
After I went back, they were finishing up my car. He pulled out my air filter, showed it to me and asked if I wanted it replaced. It was moderately dirty, but I said go ahead. A few minutes later, the next thing I knew, they pulled my car out to the front and said it was done. He asked me to go to the window and pay there. He told me that my suspension was kind of loose and that they could tighten it up there in the future.
«Ok, your total will be $ 108. Your car needed 6 quarts.» I just handed my credit card over, signed the receipt, and left. No bother arguing.
So, a couple things:
1) I’ve owned the car for 3 years now, and this is the first time my car «required» six quarts of oil (as opposed to the regular 5). In fact, this is the first time in my whole life driving that I’ve been charged more than what I was quoted for an oil change — something that should never happen, considering they ask you for your car model and look up how much oil it requires, before quoting you.
2) Air filter was $ 22.00. That’s literally a $ 5 part and easy to replace yourself. Most oil change places have charged me about $ 15.
3) None of my fluids were replaced — I know this because I went in without windshield wiper fluid and left without it. They didn’t put air in my tires either.
Look, the service was pretty friendly. The guy who helped me was very friendly. But, it’s pretty clear to me that (1) price-​wise, they are high, and more importantly 2) they cut corners with their service here. I don’t think I’ll be back for an oil change, and I’m definitely not having them touch my suspension.

Love these guys! I’ve been coming for years. My car is 10 years old and still zips around town with ease, even though I torture it with bumper-​to-​bumper traffic and long road trips. They’ve never pushed any services on me that I didn’t ask for and they always remember me when I come in. Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent shop. I drive in from the westside because these are the only guys I trust with my car!

These guys do good work. They don’t push hard to upsell you like the jerks at Jiffy Lube. Today, the only thing the guy suggested I change was my dirty air filter. I declined but it was indeed dirty. Anyway, when he went back to my car he banged it against the tool chest a few times to get rid of any excess dirt. Small things like that I appreciate.

Always quality work at reasonable prices. Stands behind his work. been going here for well over five years, have taken Acura, Ford & Nissan cars for repairs, always satisfied with work. Open weekends!

please dont go to this lousy mechanic shop. horrible workmanship. bought my car for a simple oil change i end up exiting the freeway terrified after my splash shield came off and made a loud sound, simply because the stupid guy didnt screw all of the nut or volt that secures it. i was so mad. so please dont go to this lousy mechanics.
